Not good. They need further training. They don’t have dedication to their job and it’s being seen when they do your brows in 1 minute. Everyone needs to head over to Panna next to cronies in Camarillo! She’s the best!!! :)

I’m basing my review on a phone call. Saw a couple good deals from a local coupon book so I decided to give them a call. I called regarding the birthday deal. The person who answered didnt seem to volunteer any info. on any of the services. I had to keep asking all the questions. She seemed more interested in talking to another employee cause when I asked a question, there was a few seconds of silence and then some giggling before She finally responded. I’d rather a pay and go somewhere else. Sorry Layla’s, you lost a potential new customer.

Terrible service, terrible prices. The girl who attended me was not friendly at all. She sped through my eyebrows and did not double check to see if she’d left any stray hairs. Overall, the quality of the service was definitely not worth the price.

Really bad eyebrow job! Neither one of my eyebrows match. I literally have a space (1 cut) splitting my left eyebrow in half and other half is thinner the rest. The right eyebrow has stray hairs. I didn’t go to my usually place because they were closed, biggest regret of the day was coming here.

First threading service; wanted to try alternative to very painful waxing. Pria was quiet & quick! Great shape and clean up, lots faster and less painful than waxing. I have sensitive skin so I was a bit apprehensive, before I knew it, it was all over. Also did lip, I said ouch allot, but it was so quick, still not as painful as waxing. I will return sans fear.

First couple of times sucked, the young girl is rude and not friendly but upon returning for a 3 time to see if things could be different, I met Jalpa, she is the real star of this place, I will definitely be back! THANK YOU JALPA!

Worst eyebrow threading of my entire life. I came out looking like I penciled on my eyebrows. They are about half the width as when I walked in. They look HORRID. I cried on the way home and am currently on my way to Sephora to purchase SOMETHING to hopefully help!!!

Normally I like this place; however, today was a bad experience. There was a new girl working, blonde hair with glasses, that was taking a very long time to thread. When I arrived someone was already in the chair getting threaded. This woman had to at least been there for 5 mins. I waited 30 minutes before I asked to schedule an appointment for later. She said to stick around for 5 – 10 more minutes and she’d be done. I had had it at that point. I’ve been threading for 2 years at different placed including Layla and NEVER had to wait 45 mins on each client. My advice — make sure you go when the experienced ones are working.

I’m home for spring break to visit my family and this is always one of my stops! I started going here almost two years ago. It was the first place I had ever let anyone do anything with my eyebrows. I’ve never wanted super thin eyebrows or something crazy. I love the all natural look. Still to this day I can easily walk in, be attended, and have flawless natural looking eyebrows :) very much appreciate it. I’ve gone to the one in Ventura and they thinned them out too much to my liking. In the last few years I have moved to LA and Sac for work related reasons and have only found one other place as great as this one! My mom is also a fan of this place. I’m not sure if it was the owner or an employee but she was super accommodating that my mom comes in at least once a month. It is so nice to be groomed and still look natural :)

Zarna is the best here. I’m super sensitive and she never hurts me. The other women here have a really heavy hand. Price is good. Sometimes the wait is long.

I was scared to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time. I heard good reviews about Himani, and she is wonderful! Made me feel very comfortable the first time I got it done, now I always go to her. First she just cleaned them, then asked if I wanted them shaped. She is great at doing so. I will always go to Himani! I have never had to make an appointment, just walk in. She also gives out her cell # just in case you have questions about her hours.

I love that there’s never a line when I go to this location. Threading was done within 5 minutes. Unfortunately, there was a stray hair left that was extremely noticeable. Lady didn’t even ask if I was satisfied with my eyebrows.

I came here for my bday freebie. There was only one girl working and no customers at all so there wasn’t a wait I got an alright job she was quick and my brows were only cleaned up i asked for my beginning eyebrows to have a faded look she said «ok» but end result i didn’t get that at all. The girl wasn’t very welcoming. You could tell she was sick at the time (I went in march) cause all you could hear was her sniffling her nose. .
There was no conversation. No smiles. A monotone «happy birthday» (i left a tip) and I was out in 5 mins.
I convinced my bf to come take advantage of his bday freebie in July hoping we’d get a different girl, but to our surprise it was the same young girl so I really don’t have to explain what happened there cause it was pretty much the same experience i had on my bday so
I recommend DONT! Oxnard Layla did a better job in my personal experience

Called here and asked if they actually shape the brows as opposed to just removing the stray hairs and was told yes. But when I got there, was told by the same girl I spoke with on the phone that she couldn’t do it.
Paid $ 11 for threading that I could’ve done at home. Would not recommend and would not come back.

Cheap and they get the job done, for the most part. My right brow was threaded to perfection. My left brow was not as lucky. It wasn’t too noticeable but of course it was the first thing I saw. Nothing a little brow powder can’t fix but still… a girl’s brows aren’t something to mess with! I don’t think I’d return.

Very impressed! First time getting threaded and the girl did a great job. Super quick and I didn’t have to wait. Doesn’t hurt anymore than waxing but with this its super fast and there is NO PLUCKING! Thank you I will take that over waxing and plucking any day. It is really cheap too eyebrows and lip with tip was only 20 bucks! Love this place I will be returning.
