I was skeptical about going. After reading all the reviews. But then I heard from locals how awesome the body shop us and decided to give it a try thank God I did. While other shops were overcharging me. And said they needed to keep my car for roughly 6 – 8 weeks! The owner I think his name is Juan, or Jr. As I know him is humble. For sure try him. I brought my truck in November 13^th to have the driver and passenger floors replaced along with the inner fender wells. The owner JR told me after looking at it that it would take him one to two weeks to complete the job. I also brought in all the form fitted panels. I finally had to track down my truck and take it back from him February 10^th and the work is still not complete. I paid him up front and that was probably my biggest mistake. Lie after lie of when my truck was going to be done. He will look straight at you and say trust me bro and tell you more lies about when your vehicle will be done. I would not recommend this place to anybody, and you can be sure a letter to the BBB will be drafted. Please learn from my mistake and find a better more reputable business.

Great customer service. Worked around my budget and schedule to get me in on short notice. Does good work, fairly priced, professional. Will go back and recommend JR Customs for anyone in the area.

Horrible service, horrible customer service, if you pay in cash make sure you have a written invoice, if you pay in advance when the final bill he will charge you as if you never paid him a dime. Parts were missin when I got my vehicle back. Took him 2 years to get my vehicle out that they did body work n paint. The owner is on work ferlow so that should tell you something about him.
