Central Coast Properties

Central Coast Properties were the worst management company I have ever dealt with. I rented with them for a little over a year and at the end they completely jacked us of most of our deposit. We left the place very meticulous and cleaned for over a week. They are charging us for normal wear and tare issues which is not legal in the state of CA. I would stay away from these people!!! They are very hard to deal with and do not seem to care at all for the tenants that rent from them. Very unprofessional and Yvette is the hardest property manager to deal with! STAY AWAY FROM CENTRAL COAST PROPERTIES!!!

My wife and I dealt with this group for two years. I suggest whoever rents with them be meticulous in your initial inspection. You will need to keep on top of them for anything to get accomplished. We were very meticulous with our inspection and when we left two years later there were still many unresolved issues. Not sure if this was due to the lack of competance from our representative from this company or the entire company. They seem very friendly at first but their lack of care is apparent within the first month. When we finally found a new house to move into they were extremely unhelpful, infact they hindered us. My biggest mistake was not hounding them to address the unsafe issues that had us unable to use some of the rental. When it came time for our final inspection I was prepare for the BS to come. Naturally we were docked for issues that we originally had complained about. My advise is do all you can to not deal with these people. If you have to, HOUND them on every issue until it is addressed. We got half our deposit back after fixing everything they told us to. That was a huge waste of money.
