BUT also in 1977; my dad, David Nix, at age 45, cleaned his first carpet in Riverside CA. In an industry full of «bait-​and-​switch» carpet cleaners; he modeled his business around high ethics and quality work. He built his clientele walking door to door handing out his business card to homeowners all around the Riverside area. Taken from the Oakland Raiders football team motto «Commitment to Excellence» he adopted his motto: «A Standard of Excellence»

As my dads carpet cleaning business grew, he reached out to me for help. So in 1982 my wife Patty and I joined the family business. As our carpet cleaning business grew we learned that many of our customers needed someone they could trust for all their cleaning needs. Soon we were cleaning rugs, furniture, draperies, fabric wall coverings, clothing, belts, shoes, even stuffed animals and the list goes on. As a cleaner we would get phone calls from customers in a panic with a house full of water where it wasn’t supposed to be. The large «Franchise» flood restoration companies didn’t even exist then. We’d quickly respond to emergency water damage cleanup from broken pipes, water heaters, slab leaks etc.

So for over 35 years the Nix family has served Riverside and the inland empire providing

«A Standard of Excellence» in cleaning and restoration.

And now, as a licensed general contractor, every day we are:
