Bought a brand new 2015 Cadillac Escalade and had nothing but problems from the day we drove it off the lot. Day one the GPS satellite had to be replaced (back order), Lift gate struts broke, steering wheel, transmission problems, transmission replaced, etc. the list goes on and on. After arguing with the Detroit for about 8 months and all they could offer was a extended warranty decided I needed some help. Found this lawyer here on Unilocal.Called about 6 others lawyers who weren’t to sure about taking our case and sounded like they weren’t to sure of themselves. Called this one, right away they were confident they could win the case. This office got our 2015 Cadillac Escalade bought back. Extremely happy with the result.

Let me start off by saying how amazing this group of lawyers is. I dealt with Trever mainly however I had contact with Robert and Jessica as well and let me tell you all three of these individuals are the absolute best and know exactly what they are doing. I came to their law firm about 4 months ago to try and get my 2014 Ford Focus bought back from Ford after having to deal with them and their service department for months of only racking up my bill and not actually fixing the car. I purchased the car in April of 2015 and by September 2015 Trever and his amazing team at the firm had my car bought back and all my money reimbursed so I could actually get into a car that would not constantly break down. I appreciate all the hard work and millions of questions answered and the dedication this team gave to my case.
I was very scared first trying to get a lawyer rather to fight in on my own because it can cost a lot of money, time and I am not as experienced as a professional on this subject however I made the best decision coming to Robert Starr’s office and was lucky enough to get my lawyer fees included in the buyback. Excellent service… trevor is the man. If you ever need to handle a lemon law case he’s your guy. I had bought a hyosung 250 gtr brand new and it started giving me problems within a year, so i took it to the dealer where i purchased it and they had my bike for almost 3 months and were telling me hyosung wasnt getting in contact with them to move on forward on fixing the problem… bottom line i called the law office of robert l star and explained to them my situation and trevor resolved the whole thing within a month, got them to repurchase the bike and i got my money back.
