Steven Ross was formerly In-​House Counsel for a large corporation in Marina Del Rey, California where he handled business and general litigation matters, including Trademark litigation, for the entire company. Mr. Ross had always envisioned opening his own law firm where he could practice law with the utmost attention and quality being provided to his clients.

In April 2010, Devre D. Ross (formerly Devre D. Bates) joined the Law Offices of Steven Ross now Ross & Ross Law, A.P.C. specializing in Civil & Personal Injury litigation. Ms. Ross has worked for several firms where she effectively handled hundreds of Personal Injury cases
