Marc holds a Real Estate Broker’s License through the California Bureau of Real Estate, and is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in Colorado, Oregon, Washington state and Arizona. Marc is consistently one of the top mortgage originators in California and brings more than 25 years of mortgage experience to the team.

I’ve worked with Jeff Schlesinger on multiple mortgages over the years and HIGHLY recommend him! He is friendly, easy to work with, really knows what he’s doing and is a tremendous advocate for his clients. Most importanty, he consistently beats any other rates that I have gotten from other lenders/​brokers and he is super creative about trying to create the best structure for me. I have recommended him to all my friends over the years and he is always the first person I call whenever I am looking to do anything mortgage related.

I wish I had read these reviews before I trusted an acquaintance that I met through a friend. The things that Katie said in 2013 were what I experienced in 2015, all attributed to the «change in lending laws». The title company said they had never seen so much paperwork and pages of documentation, especially for a re-​fi. The appraiser said something similar. Now I understand. Our mortgage has been sold. We have been instructed to make payments to a P.O. Box in New Jersey. All along I thought that PFN was selecting the «best lender for us». I wished I had not listened to the broker when he told me how long it would take if I used our bank, CHASE. It took 2 months or more with them! We have stellar credit. We did not get what we were promised, it took forever and was extremely stressful.

You cannot go wrong working with any one of their team members, but I especially recommend Jeff Schlesinger and his team. He is the best of the best, and his processor Jennifer is one of the smartest out there! They definitely know their stuff :) I would recommend them to all!

unfortunately, i had a horrible experience with jeff edwards. he is not not professional, and knows nothing about the mortgage market. I had to go to another more experienced banker/​broker in beverly hills, with a longtime reputation and track record to unwind the mess he got me into. He promised me a loan and strung me out, but never delivered.

Dan and Risa Buben at Priority Financial Networth helped us through obtaining a mortgage on a second home. They were knowledgeable and helpful. In the current climate where obtaining a mortgage has become much more difficult, we got through the entire process in about a month. I would definintely use them again.

I am an escrow officer on a transaction recently handled by Priority Fianncial and must say we see a lot of lenders in this business. Hats goes off to Dan Buben for an excellent service he provided. Not only was he on time with delivery of loan docs but he personally showed up to the loan signing to make sure his clients were comfortable with everything. Our company does roughly 75 – 80 loan signings per month and we see the Loan officer in the signing maybe 1 time a year. Dan did an AMAZING job!

If I could rate them zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional. Repeatedly asks for the same paperwork, nit picked every single transaction on my bank statement going as far as asking for my grandparents’ bank statements because of a birthday check they wrote to my 1 year old daughter!
Going through this company for funding was the biggest mistake and headache of my life. We were actually told to stop inquiring about the status of the file or else he’d shelf it… what company does that? I’m terrified the seller is going to walk away and we’ll be out an incredible amount of time and money. Been dealing with them for nearly 2 months and am ready to call it a day and go elsewhere.

I was lured in more or less when I met one of the company owners at a local restaurant at happy hour. Drinking and decision making are not a good mix. Bottom line this owner I found out can not do loans as he isn’t actually allowed to have a license to lend so he refers the business to someone in the company and seems he gets paid as an owner. Bottom line my experience was not good. I was told that I would not qualify for a better rate due to the value of my property and my FICO not being high enough. This turned out to be completely false. The difference was about $ 325 a month and fortunately my sister referred me to another loan broker who got me the lower rate the same week and my property had no problem appraising. My FICO score was 764 and I was told that I didn’t need a 780 fico for the better rate. My loan closed in 4 weeks with the new loan broker and I recommend avoiding Priority Financial Network as they seem to have a reputation for sending the loan to lenders that pay them more as opposed to getting the borrower the best deal.
