Jennifer and Jeff was my DJ and MC for my wedding at Calamigos Ranch. They were very easy to work with and the music was great. So many guests were dancing till the end. It was a blast. They definitely know how to get the crowd dancing. Jennifer also worked out many details with my coordinator Erin. Their package price is also very reasonable considering how expensive Malibu can be. Thank you guys for a great job.

Thank God for these two, or my wedding would’ve failed! Jennifer picked up all of the pieces dropped by Erin Bagaason, our terrible coordinator, and made it HAPPPEN! Thank Heaven for Jennifer and Jeff! Jennifer completely took over, made sure I didn’t miss a cue. She went above and beyond for me, and my family members keep saying «If it weren’t for Jennifer!» And Jeff as a DJ: the best there is! He killed it all night long, and I’d had a tough time, yet he kept me dancing and laughing the whole way through. I can’t tell you how strongly I recommend these two aside from saying that it rained on my outdoor ceremony, and yet, Jeff and Jennifer made it the best day ever. Thank you both for saving my wedding; you are saints!

Jeff and Rainbow, aka Jen, are absolutely amazing and so professional. They used to host karaōke at my old place of employment, and they are so good, I booked them for an Elvis themed karaōke contest at El Rey Cantina Ventura on August 22^nd! Jeff even agreed to dress up as Elvis for the event which is sponsored by El Jimador tequila! Absolutely love them! Thanks you two for accommodating.

Jeff and Jennifer are AMAZING! My husband and I were really intentional about our vendor choices and it was clear from the beginning that Jeff and Jen were the real deal. They are passionate about their work and it shows. Leading up to the big day they were so flexible and easy to work with. They stole the show by the time it came to dancing. All of our guests were raving about the music. They even managed to get my mom and dad to boogie on the dance floor. Best DJs in LA. Highly recommend!

Jeff and Jen were the DJ’s at my wedding 10 years ago, and they made the entire night magical. They engaged the audience, kept the momentum going all night and catered to every request with smiles. What set them apart the most was their sincere happiness for us on our special day. They were as excited to be there as any guest, and their enthusiasm was infectious!

Throughout our amazing wedding so many of our guests kept coming up to us asking us where we found Jeff and Jennifer and if they could use them for their events.
What was even more impressive was that I come from a Jewish family where the women are what I like to call «Natural Born Complainers» and they absolutely LOVED Jeff and Jennifer!
Jennifer was an incredible MC who kept things flowing, organized and on-​time; and Jeff kept the party rockin all night with his OUTSTANDING taste in music. NOBODY LEFT THE DANCE FLOOR! We danced all night and had the time of our lives!
We will never forget the wonderful job they did and will cherish those memorable moments forever. I wish there was more I could do to let people know how amazing these two people are… but this review will have to do. Thanks again :)

These guys know how to get the dance floor moving!
From our first meeting, I knew Jeff & Jen were «our guys», they were high energy, fun, music afficiondos.
Prior to our wedding we had two face to face meetings with them. These were crucial in us getting to know one another & helping us fill in the holes on music… they were great in giving us the creative lead, but any time we got stuck on «what should we play then»…they would throw out ideas & we would bounce things off another. It was extremely helful (I was surprised about the many details needed for song placement/​choices so this was a huge help to us).
My only advice for ceremony music is to be very specific on cut-​off times. We had a little hiccup when my entrance song played for too long. I assumed it would stop when I reached the front, but I didn’t specify that to them. It worked out fine though, the back of my dress was pretty & we all got a good giggle out of it. So just be sure to go thru all of those little details with them.
They have a web database that is extremely helpful as well… you can choose from «Must Play» all the way to «Don’t Play at All». It was a great way to make sure we got to hear certain songs and stayed away from those dreaded ones too!
Another plus is that they are a team. You have Jen who is out in the crowd working the room (handling the wedding entrance, cake cutting, all announcements) & Jeff just blaring the music. It is a great balance!
But above all of this, they just are amazing DJ’s and know how to read a room. Honestly some of the songs my husband & I thought would be hit probably wouldn’t have been, but Jeff saw what got people moving & everyone danced the night away. Since then, I still have people tell me it was one of the most fun weddings they have been to & I credit a good bit of that to Gold Dust.

Jeff just DJ’d our wedding June 20^th and did an awesome awesome job!
The music included all the things we liked as well as things that kept the party going!
His personality was just the right blend of charisma and sensitivity, which is so important because I have totally been to wedding where the DJ overpowers the place or worse, has no command of the room whatsoever. Jeff understands what it takes to pull off a fantastic Wedding– and we couldn’t have been happier with his work!

Bringing Gold Dust Entertainment on board for your wedding will be one of the easiest and best choices that you make in the wedding planning process. Using a sample list of songs that my wife and I liked, he nailed down the feel that we wanted for our wedding and took the party so far beyond anything we had even imagined. We had people of every age and walk of life on the dance floor the entire night. We also had a specific ordering and track timing that we wanted for the wedding party entrance. Not only did DJ Jeff nail down the exact timing that we wanted, but he seamlessly mixed every song together, keeping a smooth and constant flow throughout the entrance. Jennifer had an amazing energy and really set the perfect tone for our event. Her enthusiasm was great! We loved the team and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

When I heard that Karaōke was starting every Wednesday night in Malibu at Café Habana, I was pretty skeptical. Once I went, I fell in love with the amazing show they put on – whether people are singing or not, DJs Jeff and Jennifer find a way to make everyone dance and have an incredible time! My girlfriends and I often went later just to dance during their DJ set!
After being so impressed by them as a guest, I recruited Gold Dust Entertainment to perform at my business’ venue once a week for a couple of months. Not only did they make our location totally fun, but they were very professional and great to work with. They helped us with marketing and advertising the shows, and were really involved in the whole process — they did more than just DJ a Karaōke show once a week.

We were blown away with our experience using DJ Jeff and Jen at Gold Dust Entertainment for our recent wedding! From the first meeting they were warm, professional and extremely organized! They provided a detailed timeline for us to fill in– it was so helpful and really made our vision come together, seeing how the music would be incorporated throughout the event.
I didn’t have time to make my whole playlist– they have an amazing and extensive music database you can go into and choose as many songs as you would like to hear (or not hear!), and they ended up playing better song choices than I could have imagined!
They added special touches, like after my dad gave his speech and mentioned he remembered dancing to «My Girl» with me when I was little, they incoporated that song into the night. My husband (the groom) had a musician friend pass away several years ago, and DJ Jeff was able to find some of his unreleased music and play it at the end, to surprise the groom– so special!
I would highly recommend their services to anyone having a wedding or special event. This amazing duo is so tuned into their clients and really tie the whole event together with incredible music.
I saw people that I had never seen dance before having an blast on the dance floor– they catered to all age groups and kept the party going– we didn’t leave until 12:30am! :)

The Dj’s Jeff and Jennifer we hired for our wedding feb 10,2012 they were amazing! They are very organized and easy to talk to. they were on time and set up and had everything tested and made sure it worked before the wedding started. They did our ceremony and reception. The music was exactly what we wanted it flowed smoothly from the ceremony and reception they kept the music going and kept the guests happy and dancing the whole night, the dance floor wasn’t empty all night. Jennifer, before the reception made sure that before they announced the wedding party that she had the first and last name correct and everyone was in the correct order. Very happy with the outcome! all of the guests kept saying how it was the best wedding and how they were the best dj they have ever seen. I would be honored if they would do an event of ours again. They made our wedding something we would never ever forget! Wouldnt be the same without them there! the best thing for me was they were very much invested in music we wanted and liked, they made sure that everything was perfect on the music selection and if we didnt know some songs they would email us names of songs also another thing i loved is they have a million songs to choose from and listen too on their site. Check these guys out i promise you you guys wont forget it! very professional nice and passionate about there work!

My husband and I hired Jeff and Jennifer Kantor from Gold Dust Entertainment for our wedding after seeing them work at my friend’s wedding in 2008. From the moment we met them in person, we knew we wanted them to be our wedding DJ and MC. They are very organized and easy to collaborate with. Jeff made sure to show up extra early to set up his equipment even though they were not in charge of music for our ceremony. Additionally, Jennifer went out of her way to ask everyone in our bridal party how to pronounce their last names for the grand entrance. They were genuinely interested in playing songs we wanted during the cocktail hour and reception. Overall, we had an absolute blast at our wedding and know it wouldn’t have been the same without Jeff and Jennifer.
