Fresh Brothers

Pizza is a bit pricey but the quality is good. This is not your italian pizza… It’s more of an American twist on it. Choose your toppings wisely since too many can make the pizza soggy. I like the boneless wings and the garlic knots.
I would recommend to arrive early on weekend evenings because this location gets packed!

This place has an employer that is just plain disgusting and violating health code by just working there whoever hired this tweeker chick didn’t drug test. This girl was running the cash register chewing on her fingernails touching her hair constantly then touching her mouth again and wanted to take my order absolutely not! It’s disgusting seconds later she grabs someone’s pizza and I’m amazed she was handling food disgusting and it’s so sad this use to be my favorite place it’s unhealthy people can get sick. I filed a complaint with the manager he took care of the mini pizza I order which really he didn’t have to if he was going to later act as like I’m his animal wife. I saw a man in a shirt who I thought was the owner he said hi and how are u? and I asked are you the owner he said no district manager asked to speak to him thinking he would also appreciate being in the loop well big mistake the manager must have heard from the dm about my complaint which I feel was appropriate and I hear the manger in a very angry voice say hey you go outside now! We are going to talk ! Hahah wth I’m not an animal and second off your not my husband or anyone to talk to me as a animal I ignored him simply because I’m the customer it’s my right to file a complaint. I WILL NEVER BE SPOKEN TO BY ANYONE LIKE THIS SORRY BUT HE WAS IN THE WRONG! My boyfriend couldn’t believe he talked to me like that health board should handle this and me calling the girl a tweeker isn’t me trying to be mean the girl was clearly on drugs she asked the manager right in front of me interrupting us so can I go smoke a cig now? Haha. Yup im worried for your food go to fresh brothers in Thousand Oaks pictures attached of gal good luck!

Cool little pizza place in Calabasas! The customer service was excellent, the staff was really nice and kept making sure we were okay. This is a nicer «fresh brothers» location, and they have plenty of parking for its in the commons (mini mall). The pizza was really good, but not excellent. I have had better, although this wasn’t bad! It was just really really hot when it was served to you. Other than that, the place is pretty simple, and upbeat. A good restaurant between fast food and sit-​down & eat!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would even go as far as minus stars. Worst costumer service I have seen in years!!! Came in with 3 small kids, ordered my pizza and was told I need to seat outside at over 100 degrees outside with 3 small kids. While inside there was an empty table. When I asked if I could seat at that table since I can’t seat outside at the blazing sun I was told the table is reserved for someone. I proceeded to ask the guy if we can seat at the table until these people come and with a lot of bad attitude the guy refused. I ended up getting my money back and leaving the place. While on the way out I heard the guy at the cash register saying «take your money and get the hell out of here» right In front of 3 small children. Maybe you want to take your kids to such a restaurant? I’m definitely not going to step foot there ever again. Crap service, crap attitude, crap experience what a low class joint.

Ordered a salad to resemble a chicken Caesar salad with a couple more veggies. Extremely underwhelming. It was definitely meh and the croutons taste like mass produced store bought croutons. They should consider taking the left over knot rolls and making croutons out of those. It would not only be cheaper, but make a meh salad slightly more interesting.

Camaraderie is high between staff members, you almost want to step over the line, call a time-​out, and approve a session of team high-​fives and work on secret handshakes, maybe buy each worker a 7-​Up. Sincerely, I was smiling watching these dudes work with a high work ethic and energy before I ever got served (these bros are fresh). But once served, why does the pizza, with its standard crust and cheese grade, feel so very 1992? It’s simply pizza for indiscernible 14-​year olds and under, but I’m sure they’ll giggle over the funny square-​cut style pies to see how many «number» of square or triangle slices they can stuff into their mouths.
There’s nothing egregiously wrong with «Fresh Brothers.» They promise and deliver budget-​sound grub for big families. It simply doesn’t mesh with my flashy high tastes — I like to be surprised with unusual, cosmopolitan ingredients for which when it comes to here I am let down. In Calabasas. #crabbywhiteguy

The pizza is pretty good but not amazing. Chicken fingers are just okay. The best part of this place is the free pizza dough that they give to kids to play with and a balloon. Average food overall.

Amazing food, great prices and excellent service. I have dined in, picked up and had food delivered and every single employee and manager I’ve dealt with have been nothing but professional and courteous at all times. They are the ONLY pizza place that has never messed up an order of mine. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great pizza and wings in calabasas!

It was my first time that I have been there which enjoyed a lot and costumer service is one of the best and very polite, the GM that was a short guy on Friday had the best hospitality… you should try it.

It was my first time here the other day. I’m so glad I stopped by I didn’t think they would have vegan options. I got a vegan sausage pizza with thin crust! It was so delicious and the customer service was very good! Daniella helped me when I was ordering so it made it easier and she was really nice! Definitely will be returning!

I have been ordering from this place since they opened. I placed an order today and was told that it should be ready in 15 min. I got there 15 min later, paid for the order and was told that it should be ready shortly. After 20 min of waiting inside, I asked a server to check on my order. She replied that my order hasn’t been input in the system and if I still want it it will be ready in another 15 minutes. It took a so called manager another 5 minutes to figure out how much to refund. This is the last time I will order from this place!

Tastey, fresh pizza! The wings are also very good, the meat fell right off the bone. mmm lol. Staff was super friendly, food came out fast.

I’m so disappointed, I’ve loved Fresh Brothers pizza for the longest time but as I was ordering from the Calabasas location, an employee named Dan straight up told me «I don’t have all day, come on!» I couldn’t believe it! I just looked at the call and all together the call lasted 6 minutes, including the time it took me to talk to the manager to let him know what happened.
When I spoke to the manager he said.
What has happened to customer service these days? So bummed that I now have to find a semi-​healthy pizza place that delivers to Woodland Hills.
I was going to use them for two birthdays I have coming up too
Update** The owner was kind enough to reach out and sent me an apology and fresh bucks. That was handled really well and I will be using them for my parties!
We all have bad days, I’m sure it was just a bad day for Dan. No biggie. 5 stars for the way it was handled.

Great food with great service. Anet was the cashier who helped me when I came in last week. She was very knowledgeable and recommended a delicious BBQ Pizza. Thank you for the great suggestion! Fresh Brothers will have a returning customer because of Anet’s great customer service!

So I did get a response from Debbie and was surprised to get a personal card apologizing with an invite to give Fresh Brothers another try.
I did try them again.
Phone delivery order: The guy that took my order was very patient and informative. I had a few questions and he was very polite.
Punctuality: Although I was told it would take a certain amount of time when placing my order, (I was even asked if the time was okay. I appreciated that.) The XL thin crust cheese pizza and wings arrived 20 before the quoted time. (Awesome!)
Quality: The food arrived hot and appealing to the eye. (It was demolished before any thought of a picture came to mind. Sorry Unilocalers.) I must say it all was fantastically delicious! I recommend the cook light option if you like a softer thin crust. I ordered wings with sauce on the side. These wings were great with and without sauce. I also ordered them cooked extra well.
I am so glad I tried them again. Thanks Debbie! I will be a repeat customer.

Awesome Pizza! I hadn’t had s pizza in over a month and was ready for something special, not just good!
We ordered the Old School medium pizza for two with some little bread things (I can’t remember the name) and it was better than good. It rocked and was more food than the two of us could eat.

I don’t know how the pizza here tastes soooooo good. I come here a lot (I work in Calabasas) and I am always pleased with my experience at Fresh Brothers. I usually get the Hawaiian pizza and you can tell that the ingredients are fresh. Also, the garlic knots are nice and soft and have great flavor. The service is superb at this location, as I don’t have to wait long for my pizza, even when it’s busy inside. I look forward to more great visits to Fresh Brothers in the future.

Fresh Brothers has good pizza which is really all you’d ask of them. This location in particular is very busy, so you end up waiting a while for your food. If I was ordering for a bigger group, I would opt for somewhere cheaper.

I really like this Pizza, and so does my kid. She’s 2. It’s Healthy, I can get whole grain crust and kids sauce to sneak in the vegetables into my little ones diet. I also think everything is good. No bad experiences as of yet. Thanks bruthas!
