I cannot say enough about Erica. As a first time homebuyers who had been looking for YEARS, we weren’t feeling very optimistic about finding a home for our family. You be the judge. Although Erica & Tiffany are based in Calabasas, we decided to list our Beverly Hills home with them. I have to admit I never imagined listing it with anyone other than one of several successful Westside realtors we had known for years. But something was different about Erica & Tiffany. We moved out of Southern California about 8 years ago. Now we wanted to have a second home in the West Valley area. We were pretty familiar with the area having lived there in the past. In addition my wife had been a real estate agent prior to our leaving California. We were not going to be an easy client to say the least. We worked with Erica and Tiffany, giving them a lot of restrictions in terms of location, size and price. They were wonderful. They kept us updated about what was coming on the market. They also were able to give us insight into the communities that the condos were located in. Because we were in town only a few days a month we had limited time with them to view properties. They always made sure that they maximized the effectiveness of our time, showing us properties that met all criteria. In the end, we got a condo that is close to perfect for our needs in a price range that we were very comfortable with. From the very moment my husband and I called Tiffany to discuss our concerns and goals, she worked tirelessly to make sure we were happy. Erica and Tiffany were both incredibly attentive to our every need and were super responsive, always giving us their considered and well-​reasoned thoughts on all aspects of the listing. They responded to emails, text messages, and phone calls late into the night, and on weekends, which we truly appreciated. Additionally, we were especially impressed with their use of technology; using online electronic signature software to get contracts and lease agreements signed extremely quickly.
