Established in 2002.

At a time when such players as Dell, HP and Compaq were flooding the market with PCs making them a a throw away commodity item. By doing this these players were taking out the smaller Computer Store who could not compete. One of the casualties was my own business and I saw the need to protect the consumer and offer fare prices for Repairs and Upgradesthat could allow you to keep you PC or Notebook longer and save money.

After some time a Flat Rate Fee Structure was initiated to keep the prices you pay for services by us to be easily understood and Save you Money.

I have been involved in PC maintenance since 1997 and have studied how to write programs and how they work with the hardware. This gives me a deeper understanding of issues that confound most other technicians. A PC is both Software and Hardware, niether will work without the other. I hold a Gradute Degree in Businees/​Arts Business Technology. I also have a life membership with CompTIA. (The overseer of the industry) I hold a membership with the Microsoft OEM Partner Network.
