I always enjoy checking out Nike stores. Not the most amazing deals here, but the employees were all great even though it was closing time on a Sunday.

I wasn’t impressed with the options and expected more from management… store was very messy and loud and staff is very rude and unprofessional

I usually buy 2 – 3 pairs of shoes a year from this Nike location but I have decided to take my business elsewhere due to the horrible service I received this past week in-store AND over the phone. I had put a specific pair on hold because I was told by Naomi that it was in their storage unit. I called in 2 days later, as instructed by her, to complete the transaction. I thought it would be a simple call to give them the payment info but when Christie picked up the phone she immediately gave me attitude and told me that there’s no way I could pay over the phone until Monday(it was Saturday). She sounded irritated and kept me on hold for 10 minutes. The phone kept getting picked up by other associates who tried to help me so I kept getting tossed around even though I said I was on hold for someone else. Christie picked up the phone again and in a calm tone I asked if she found the shoes then she raised her voice and told me that she didn’t appreciate being yelled at. After her yelling she handed me off to someone else, Jose, who told me that the shoes I reserved had been sold. Normally, I wouldn’t care because I could look elsewhere but these shoes were a gift for my dad’s birthday and I could NOT overlook that bad customer service I was given.

Leoda the assistant store manager was absolutely awesome! My boyfriend and I came in to purchase a pair of shoes and were sadly disappointed by the customer service given by «Britt». She was not only rude to my boyfriend and I but also the child that was with us. I called and talked to Leoda and she took care of us. Thank you Leoda!

Good selection of clothes and shoes. I bought a pair of running shoes for $ 50 and a few pairs of pants for $ 40. There were a good amount of sales in the store.

One of the worst Nike Factory Store/Outlets I’ve been to in terms of getting a deal. Everything here has been picked through. The selection for regular shoes is decent, they had a pair of Jordan Retros and Air Max 95 but the prices weren’t better than what I could quickly pull up online. As far at clothing, there was not a clearance rack and the biggest discount rack was 30% off. They do have a decent selection of stuff but this isn’t the place to come to to get a deal. It might as well be a retail store.

I love myself some Nike shoes, but I can’t seem to find a good deal in my size. Prices seem to be normal price without any significant discount. I’ll be back next time and maybe i’ll get lucky.

Saving are great, however their selection has limits! Not enough product to select from! Been shopping here for year but in the last few months, it’s been going down hill! but staff treat customers like they doing customers a favor by helping them! Extremely under staffed, and the staff that is there is more concern with talking to each other than customer service! Something has very much changed, remember customer service is key and the staff is a reflection of their management !

Found my 4th pair of lunarglide running shoes here yesterday. Since my feet overpronate, I researched a few years back and found that the lunarglides are one of the shoes that would help me. Ever since I started wearing them, my feet stopped hurting! So they are now the only walking shoes I’ll buy. Normal price at any shoe store has them at around $ 120. When I stop at an outlet I’m looking for Nike to check out the lunarglides. Usually I’m looking at the colors and price. Here they had a cool blue pair for 70 bucks. You cannot beat that price anywhere, especially for the newest lunarglide 6s. The comfort and style is comparable to my pairs of lunarglide 4 and 5. Nike just keeps getting better.

I think the prices weren’t very good especially when you factor in gas and time to visit this place in the middle of nowhere. This place was super busy and it was a tuesday. Selection on premium shoes is small. They have a ton of ugly shoes everwhere. Don’t waste your time coming out here. The workers were nice!

The workers are not honest! They gave me a price and then when I got to the register they change the price and refused to allow me to speak to the manager.

This is by far the best Nike outlet store I have ever visited. I searched far and wide for a quality Nike store, and this was by FAR the best. Not only did they have multiple styles of shoes with my size,(14; which is very difficult to find outside of the internet) but they had many clothing products on sale! I couldn’t believe how many sales they had going on when I stopped by on my way home from Palm Springs. I ended up walking out with 2 pairs of shoes, and 3 pairs of Nike golf shorts. On top of it all, the employees were very helpful, but not too overbearing. I had multiple employees check on me during my visit, even though the store was packed! At checkout, the employees greeted me with a smile, and were extremely friendly. Great visit, great service, and great products! I would definitely encourage others to stop by, and even living an hour and a half away, I will definitely be back to shop here!

I don’t shop for athletic shoes often, so when I came in earlier today I was clueless on what I needed. I asked the first employee and he didn’t really seem apt to his job. I carried on and asked another employee who looked like he knew more. He called on his radio for someone to help me and passed me along to a coworker who was standing near us. He was extremely sweet and helpful. I wasn’t a fan of the colors that were available and I knew I was being a little difficult. However he just joked«you’re killing me» and smiled as he continued to show me more products. He also helped me find a better deal and even offered me a 30% coupon. Now he was the prime example of customer service. If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t have been that happy with my purchase. He gave me his time and he knew exactly what he was talking about as he compared the different shoes to the exercises they were suited for. Not to mention he was good looking which helped my overall experience, but I digress.

Outlets are a hit or miss. Malls and department stores are constantly having sales these days, so I don’t think it’s worth driving to an outlet. In fact, I find better deals online. I only stop by Nike Factory otw back from Palm Springs and it’s rare I find a good deal or anything in my size.

Really not a fan anymore. Not much of a selection. Nicely redone center but just nike clothes on a bit of a sale. I wouldn’t stop if this is all I wanted to see at the outlets like I have every other time in the past driving to California. Not impressed.

Probably one of the top 10 stores I’d hit when I visit an Outlet Shopping Center. This Nike location is about average in usable selection. That meaning, in my size and style preference. The employees are friendly, engaging and try their best to help. Yes, you’ll find an abundance of the newest styles as you enter but from there, selection starts to get worse as you go farther into the store. You’ll score the best deals in the back but I’d have to admit, the selection was lacking(the Spring Break vultures may have picked over everything when I arrived). Nevertheless, I’d still make a stop here when I can. Like others have said, it’s hit or miss. But you never know, you may score a deal or two… or nothing at all. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Mayhem! Everything in store on sale? Yeah, expect some craziness, bumping into people, and finding the entire store a mess. It would absolutely be impossible if the employees were held to a standard of maintaining the store’s cleanliness at all times of the day. The sales are amazing. I just bought a pair of Nike’s for basketball for about $ 50, which is unheard of. I also purchased a tank that was 30% off. Not bad! Great place with great product and AWESOME prices. When in Cabazon…

The selection was a shame. A complete and utter shame. They had 1, and I mean 1, long sports bra. One color of 1 type. The rest were all short. The prices aren’t that reduced either, so you’re better off going to the Nike Store and getting a better selection for sale. The service was even worse than the selection. Dare I even say abysmal. What type of service is deserving of such a fancy word? The kind where when you ask an associate if they have any more sports bras, and their response is «Oh, we only have one? That’s weird.» Then she proceeded to walk away without looking for more or even trying to find an alternative. Zero. Nothing. Just a «That’s weird.» WTF? I asked another associate for help, thinking hey, maybe it’s just one bad apple. She was just as useless, and said«We should have more.» but then didn’t help me find any. Just said they should have more. Second WTF! I circled the store. Combed through the racks. Looked like a lost puppy while doing so, and all the while the associates stood together, and chatted amongst themselves, and not about work. I even saw one associate staring at a clothes rack for maybe 10 minutes, and pushed the hangers back and forth. That’s it. That’s all. My son found a pair of shorts and after all that bad service, I left pretty pissed but reluctantly bought the shorts. When I got home, I noticed that they actually overcharged me $ 7 for the shorts! $ 7!!! I was so pissed when I left that I didn’t even notice until I got home and had already cut the tags off. Since I don’t live anywhere near a Nike outlet, it isn’t even worth trying to get the $ 7. Complete and utter fail!

Probably not the best thing to have a Nike outlet so close to me now! That said, it’s pretty standard as far as Nike outlets go. Selection is hit or miss, as is pricing. Sometimes you score big, sometimes you don’t. If you’re keen on this sort of thing, it’s always good to check whenever the new season of merchandise is rolling through(ie, fall to winter, winter to spring, etc.) as the previous season’s merchandise is always going to be marked down considerably. So when I did go, I was floored by the level of customer service offered to me by one of the ladies working there. I mean, you’re all making $ 10-ish an hour, so I’m not exactly expecting you to jump through hoops to help me. Besides, I’m pretty well-informed on all this stuff so it’s not like I need too much help. But she did, and for that I was impressed.
