Theo started Escali scales in 2000 when he noticed there was a need in the U.S. for more accurate measuring in the kitchen. Not with cups and tablespoons, but with highly accurate digital scales. Also, if you make them look good, people would want them in their home.
His favorite digital scale is the Aqua: True liquid measuring in a great functional design.
In Theo’s spare time he likes to be close to the water, which isn’t hard in the Land of 10,000 Lakes!
