Don’t make my mistake.
A few weeks ago I went into buy an outfit for a job interview. after I didn’t get the job and being low on cash I decided to return it as they were expensive $ 98 and ill fitting and only worn once well guess what they wouldn’t take them back. And for the stupidest reason.
These people are rude and condisending. They told me my perfectly good khakis were «damaged» since they didn’t have the original tag. In my experience plenty of stores have taken my clothes back without the tag you can return them and they’ll be retaggec that’s the point.
I didn’t even take it lying down I went back after the first refuse to tell them I would not leave until they gave me my $ 98 back but all they did was tell me they weren’t taking back damaged clothing for money.
I will not be going back they stole my money.
Spellbound may look loving and hip on the outside but on the inside they are a money grubbing business.

Terrible customer service and frankly ugly clothing. My mother purchased a bunch of clothing for my children that didn’t fit (and was awful too). She couldn’t find the receipt and by the time we could return three weeks later (as I don’t reside in Burlington) the clothing was 50% off. I was offered either an even exchange of a larger size, which was unfair as they no longer even had the dress and shirt anymore, or store credit of the sale price, even though we paid full price and tags clearly showed that. I’m ok w store credit of course but should have been given full value. We had called the owner prior to coming in and she said don’t worry but her sales associates called her while I was in store and she told them differently.
Additionally the sales associates were rude and condescending.
I certainly won’t shop here again and neither will my mother as church street has many great retailers.

My new go-​to place for one of a kind pieces. I get many compliments on a killer «faux» leather jacket that I bought here a few weeks ago. Womens and men’s fashion. Purses. Funky hats. Friendly staff. Only downside is items can only be returned for store credit. Check it out — you will be impressed.
