Skagit Ford Lincoln Mercury

Tried these guys by accident 6 months ago, well its real. I made an appointment for a recall on the computer on my F-​250 and made an appointment for this morning. I pulled up today, garage door opened, I was greeted by a friendly service advisor and the update was done faster than promised. Best service experience to date. Thank you Skagit Ford.

Made the mistake of bringing my Lincoln continental in to the service department of this place. They told me it was a sensor on the fly wheel causing the car to randomly not be able to start. Paid them over $ 700 to replace the sensor but it did not fix the problem. I brought it back to have them check it again. This time they tell me it is the power train control module and this time it will be $ 600, and oh yeah we are going to charge you $ 100 again for the diagnosis! After the 2^nd diagnosis charge I knew I could not trust these guys and that they were only taking guesses at my expense. I sent the power train control module out myself to be fixed and guess what. The other company I sent it to cannot find anything wrong with it!
MY ONLY ADVICE TO YOU IS DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! THEY ARE ONLY THERE TO GET AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET AS THEY CAN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ACTUALLY FIXING YOUR CAR, THEY HAVE FIGURED OUT THERE IS MORE MONEY IN STRINGING YOU ALONG FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE!
