McDonald’s

This place is a pretty typical McDonald’s located on a busy Burlington street. It can be difficult to reach during the busy weekends if you’re driving on the opposite street. The parking spaces in the parking lot could be arranged better but there is adequate parking. I have no issues with the food and am expecting to visit this place again in the future.

Slow, very slow. Took forever to apply the coupon. I expect when there is no drive thru line for everything to be speedy. It took almost no time for them to take our simple order.

So many bad experiences at this McDonald’s I’ve lost track. Service is generally rude, and if the service isn’t bad, the food is. Their worst offenses: at fifteen minutes ’til closing, they refused to put anymore hamburgers on the grill or drop another basket of fries. EXCEEDINGLY LAZY STAFF. On another occasion, my fries tasted as if they’d been handled by someone who just handled uncooked fish. Fries are generally dark and bitter because the managers are too cheap and/​or lazy to change the oil. This place is bad, and it’s at its worst in the evenings. Never come here after 8pm. McDonald’s used to be a good company, it’s so sad to see how today’s teenagers and 20 to 30-​something-​year-​olds have destroyed a rather beloved institution.

Best McDonald I ever visit, seriously. Every employee here is friendly and customer oriented.

Everyone has been to a McDonald’s in their lifetime, right? I remember my youthful days of Happy Meals, Fish Filet, and Chicken McNuggets followed by my less youthful days of trying their salad options. McDonald’s is still cheap and you can score some pretty good deals on their dollar menu. Their updated décor is a bit more inviting and looks more like the McDonald’s that you see internationally.
This particular location is no different. Nothing really special about it — just standard McDonald’s. Service at times can be a bit spotty, but using Apple Pay is kinda cool now. My one complaint about this location is that their smoothie machine seems to be down a lot — and I much prefer a smoothie to the usual fountain sodas.

Absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to.
The lobby was dirty, and the cashier was clueless. McDonalds should be more consistent than this location. Speaking of location, this is also a huge negative for this store.

Ok McDonald’s is McDonald’s right? Food wise you would be correct but service wise you can get the spectrum depending on which one you go to. The Middlesex Turnpike location has really great staff there. Always pleasant and job focused. Just what I’m looking for in a fast food restaurant especially their drive thru.
Only downside is the location more so the traffic in the area. Very difficult getting in and out of the parking lot but that’s not Mickey D’s fault.
