The staff at Carters was amazing through the entire engagement process. Lynn was able to help my fiancé pick out a ring that was completely perfect! She even managed to get my size exactly after seeing just a picture of me. They were supportive and easy to work with. They made the whole experience extra special for us! I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a memorable and personalized shopping experience.

My Fiancée and I recently bought our wedding bands at Carters. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In the end we were able to find exactly what we wanted including a custom band for her for well under our budget. When my then boyfriend, now fiancé, and I started looking for engagement rings we heard about Carters from a friend who had recently purchased an engagement ring there for his girlfriend and they both highly recommended it so we headed over to look ourselves. From the minute you walk in you are greeted and everyone working makes you feel very welcome. We sat down to get a tutorial about the 4 C’s of diamonds and then once I had some idea of what I wanted we walked around the store trying on different bands. Lynne, Judy, Robert, and even the jeweler Robere took the time to help us pick out the right band/​size/​diamond. We had been into other jewelry stores to look and the employees were not very personable at all and we felt like they were very pushy for us to buy something that day. At Carters we never felt rushed or pushed into buying something. They are there to help you truly find the perfect diamond/​ring, even if it meant I was going to take hours to find the perfect one. I even went back a second time to make sure I had my perfect ring and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. I had to go back to get my ring resized a tiny bit smaller and again they are so welcoming and always willing to help out with anything that you need. My fiancé and I are VERY pleased with Carters and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for engagement rings/​etc. I am so happy with my ring!!!

So I was in Burlington shopping for my girl friend because her birthday was coming up. I was listening to the radio and heard about Carters Diamonds and their new store in Burlington… coincidence? or maybe luck. We had been talking about engagement and since I was close I figured I’d stop in to take a look and get some pricing. I’ve been into other jewelry stores in the past and they all look the same, like a stuffy old museum with really stuck up sales people. I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Daniel the stores gemologist. I told him that I was interested in looking at Tacori and he was glad to help. Before we even looked at rings he took me into their Diamond room and gave me a quick lessons on the 4 C’s of diamonds which was accompanied with a small pamphlet incase I forgot anything. This guy really knows his stuff! We browsed Tacori and some other really nice brands but I knew that she wanted a Tacori. He also had loose diamonds in the showcase and was able to pull out one of the zirconias that are in the rings and have their jeweler set the diamond in the ring so I could see what it looks like. Tacori doesn’t allow their retailers to discount which I understand helps protect the integrity of the brand but Daniel and I worked out a nice deal on the diamond and was able to get me set up with 12 months of no financing. I had no intention to buy at all but I felt so comfortable with him and all of the great services that Carters offers that it just made sense to pull the trigger. So my girl said yes and she loves her ring, it was a bit big so we took it back and they sized the ring while we waited. Hands down the best service I’ve ever gotten from a jewelry store, I’m a life long customer and have already referred some co-​workers to them! Thank you Daniel and everyone at Carters!

I recently used Carters to buy wedding bands for my upcoming wedding. The sophisticated non pushy sales staff took as long as needed to make my fiancé feel like a princess.
We also had our engagement ring appraised and resized. They took the time necessary to do a thorough job and even found a weak prong and fixed it with out question. Their dedication to perfection was apparent wend we both did not even recognize her engagement ring. Daniel’s experience and expertise is in matched.
