Its mall food with crepes. Got the caesar salad wrap and it came in a green wrap(not sure what it was) and it was a tad rubbery. Its salad though– you cant really screw up salad.

Definitely your best bet for food at the mall. Among pizza and fried Chinese, this place stands out as healthy but also very tasty.

*New York Sweet Crêpe: definitely sweet. «Cheesecake» was listed as the first thing in it, but I did not taste any cheesecake, and if anything, it was more of a cheesecake flavored melted cream.(I was expecting real cheesecake.) Graham crackers was another ingredient and I did see and taste it, but there was not enough! Therefore… *they skimp out on ingredients. However… *there will be lots of strawberries, more than anything else, in the NY crêpe.

Really good for mall food! Thank you fellow Unilocalers for the recommendation– stopped in for lunch with my boss and a coworker and we all left quite satisfied! They had the salmon crêpe and I had the grilled chicken. The crepes are perfectly sweet, if a bit thick.

I did not expect this place to have bubble tea, let alone, good bubble tea. The tea(and boba) are blended with ice, which gives it an icy/slushy consistency. The boba wasn’t the best I’ve had. Overall not bad. The ice made it fun. My friend said her Tuscany(mozz, pesto, & tom) was boring.

Consistently good, i have already been here like 5 times and this place is phenomenal. The staff is really nice, they always have fresh samples upfront of you to try. In sweet go with«New York» and in salty«Tuna» is really good. I wish they have one is Natick and one is worcester, this would have been my go to place.

Surprisingly good food for a mall food court! My smoked salmon crêpe was fresh, tender and tastier than I expected — despite the other good reviews!

So this review really should be 3.5 stars, but since there are no halfs I am giving 3. We went here for lunch and had a Sicilian and a Versailles crêpe with a side of pasta salad. The Sicilian had chicken, mozzarella, romaine and tomato sauce(or bbq, we chose tomato sauce). The Versailles came with nutella, fresh strawberries and whipped cream. The Sicilian gets 2 stars. It was merely ok. There was plenty of chicken, a bit of cheese and plenty of tomato sauce. The chicken was quite bland but not dry. The crêpe was a bit sloppy IMO. The pasta salad was really cold, noodles with italian dressing and like 1 piece of green pepper. I would give it 1 star. The Versailles gets 5 stars in my books. It was exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. The nutella was nicely melted on there and the cream did not all just melt and make it sloppy. When I think of a sweet crêpe that is what I want. I will be back in the future for the sweet crepes and look forward to trying different ones, but will be leaving the savory ones for now :)

I’ve been a huge fan of Appleseed for years; living in the area and frequently going to the Burlington Mall has made me a regular here. In fact, I don’t go to any other food court restaurant in the Burlington Mall but Appleseed. Both the sweet and savoury crepes are delicious. The salmon crêpe is my favorite because I love smoked salmon and because it is hearty and very filling. Service is great, it’s fun watching them make the crepes through the glass window as you wait, bubble tea is also good and prices are reasonable. I highly highly highly recommend you go to Appleseed as opposed to any other restaurant in the food court. You won’t regret it!

I can’t believe I’m giving a mall food court restaurant 5 stars, but Appleseed really deserves it. First of all, who’s ever heard of a crêpe place in a mall food court? Well I hadn’t, but I sure am glad I tried it. I had the Salmon crêpe and it was as good as other reviewers had said. I’ll definitely be coming back to try several of their other offerings. To those that have complained that $ 7 is a steep price for a food court menu offering, I’m a bit confused. First of all this place has better food than basically anything else in the food court. It’s basically in a different category than most of these other fast food joints, yet people compare it to… The McDonald’s dollar menu or something??? It’s 7 bucks people. RELAX!!! Bottom line, great food, reasonable price. Give it a try.

Food: 4.5 Stars Service: 4 Stars This is located in the food court at Burlington Mall. The crepes aren’t super authentic but they are freshly made and delicious! They have a good mix of both savory crepes and sweet crepes. We ordered the Boston and Vienna and they both tasted delicious with plenty of cheese. I felt like they could have included more fruits and decreased the amount of cheese, but either way the presentation is quite immaculate and taste is decent. For the price, it is a little bit on the higher side in the food court, but where can you get fresh crepes?! Definitely worth it.

I live quite far from Burlington, so I have only been to the mall twice. Both times, I ended up at Appleseed Crêpe and Bread with a hankering for their salmon crêpe. It’s that good! With the average price of a crêpe at around $ 7, Appleseed is one of the more expensive dinner options in the food court. However, it is well worth it. Do not be fooled by the thought of eating a light pancake with some meat for dinner. This is a monster crêpe, with enough filling to constitute a full meal by itself(although the hungrier folk might need a dessert or shake to be fully satiated). As I said, I ordered the salmon crêpe. If you like lox and cream cheese, get this! The pancake was warm and soft, and the crêpe contained the perfect amount of filling. My friend ordered the chicken crêpe with barbecue sauce, of which I snuck a taste. :) The chicken was tender and the barbecue sauce was delicious. If you are in the Burlington mall(or the Burlington area in general), do yourself a favor and stop by Appleseed. Personally, I plan to become a frequent visitor!

This place has 5 stars? ?? Omg. This place is disgusting. There was hair in their sampling platter. We told the Asian woman holding the platter. She just stared at us and picked the hair out. Rolled her eyes and walked away. Will never eat here no matter how good the food is.
