We specialize in plastic surgery. Dr. Victor Liu has his own procedure for Asian eyelids surgery, giving more pleasing and consistent results. This is an area of expertise that many plastic surgeons come to him to learn.

He also performs «regular» facelift procedures but has perfected many less invasive practices giving excellent improvements with «minor» operations.

These include: a) Regenerative Cell enriched fat grafting to rejuvenate the face without surgical incision b) Special chemical peeling of the face for removal of wrinkles c) Facelifting with very small hidden incisions with the use of a novel technique called Endotines.

Dr. Liu also performs many «regular breast augmentations» but newer techniques are becoming more popular.

This includes: a) Removing fat from other parts of the body such as the abdomen, waist, etc. and injecting the fat into breasts without any surgical incision. This accomplishes two things; reduction of waistline or other unwanted fat and enlarging the breasts without any surgical incisions (no scarring and much faster recovery.) b) Placing a small implant in to line and augment with fat injections, eliminating many of the problems associated with large implants and getting the desired results.

The same techniques can be used for augmentation of the buttocks, requiring no use of incisions or implants.

History

Established in 1980.

Dr. Liu began his practice in plastic surgery in Tampa, Florida where he stayed for 1 ½ years. He has been in practice in the San Francisco Bay area for over 25 years now, perfecting many different new procedures and inventing his own techniques as well.

Business Owner

Dr. Victor Liu is an American-​trained plastic surgeon, board certified in both general and plastic surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He has devoted his practice full time to plastic surgery since 1974.

Dr. Liu attended medical school at McGill University and trained at the Royal Victoria Hospital as a general surgeon, earning his board-​certification for the American Board of Surgery. He decided to further his training, completing a fellowship program in plastic surgery at Albany Medical Center in New York and earning his board-​certification by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
