Established in 1987.

For over twenty five years, Dr. Norris has provided confidential cosmetic consultation and surgery in a friendly and safe environment. His plastic and reconstructive surgery training includes a fellowship in microsurgical reconstruction and hand surgery. Dr. Norris is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, which should not be confused with other cosmetic surgery boards that do not require 2 to 3 years of plastic surgery residency and are not recognized by The American Board of Medical Specialities. The American Board of Plastic Surgery certifies only plastic surgeons with the highest level of knowledge, skill and training.

I had a hand operation on July 25 2014 by Doctor Michael Norris.
Excellent and kind Doctor .
Even after the surgery he insist that he check on my hand on a regular basis ensuring that I am on a healthy recovery.
Kinda what doctors should be doing for their patients,
Front office personnel, well these ladies are very nice and pretty, always helping me with my questions and needs.
I’m so glad that I chose Doctor Norris for this procedure.

Dr. Norris is a wonderful and caring doctor. He listens and carefully explains all your options and details. (including the one’s you never thought about). I had hand surgery for Dupuytren’s contracture. The surgery was 100% successful with very little scarring and very little pain. Thank you again Dr Norris. I will gladly recommend you to all my family and friends.

I saw Dr. Norris for my carpal tunnel (both hands). We ended up also looking at my eyes as well (I had bad ptosis). Ended up having my hands done… and my eyelids. At MY initiation — not his! He has the BEST beside manner of almost any doctor I’ve ever seen. And his staff is amazing! They fully explain everything about the procedure, the financials, etc. Treat you like you are truly special! They really care! I cannot recommend them all more highly.

Simply put, Dr Norris is one of the best Docor’s I’ve even sceen, I just wish he did Primary Care. Recently he removed a tumor from my finger. The surgery as well as the follow up visits were exceptional. Unlike so many Doctors he takes the time to explain things, and is very repectful of the patients pain levels. His office is pleasant and the staff are friendly and profession. I loved the experience and would highly recommend Dr Norris.

Two words — LIFE SAVER! About 12 years ago my dog had attacked me in the face. I had a bunch of stitches on my lip and on my nose. I remember in the ER, he assured me it would be fine and whatever wasn’t right he would fix. I had 2 scar revisions within the year of it happening. The first one couldn’t be finished because I was way too sensitive and could feel everything with tons of the numbing injections. Sometimes, there are people you meet in life that you never forget. He is one of them I will always be grateful for! Caring, professional and worth it!

Dr Norris is a warm, knowledgable, experienced plastic surgeon. He made the entire process, from initial consultation to the actual surgery to the followup visits comfortable and painless. If not for Dr Norris, I never would have considered having elective plastic surgery. It’s been a few months now since my surgery and I am extremely happy with how my surgery site is healing and how great the results are — exactly what I was hoping for.

hi, i traveled a long way to have dr norris do my eyes and mini lift. he is a dr of high integrity and would not touch me for 2 years until he thought i was ready for the work. wow! he told me i would look refreshed and not 20 again!!! i’m fifty and thats what i wanted –THE TRUTH! turned out great and ppl say i look 40 !!! 10 years off! does alot for your mental health! love, love love dr. norris and his office! thank you!

Thank you for saving my middle finger on my left hand two years ago… I almost cut the entire tip of it off and you were the first to tell me I would not loose the tip. I came into your office with a finger that just did not look right and You did your magic and I left with my finger that was hiding under a whole bunch of dead skin… gross i know but true.
