Traci’s real estate career began in 2002 where she co-founded «Real Estate Auction Partners», the first real estate auction firm allowing for internet only real estate auctions in Kansas. As COO of Real Estate Auction Partners, Traci was selected as the National Auctioneers Association’s Ambassador for the state of Kansas. Shortly thereafter, she was also nominated to the board of directors for the Kansas Association of Realtors. She is known for having an in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and approaches — whether on-line or print marketing. She has experience with multiple types of properties including residential, bulk portfolios, land, commercial and REO’s. Traci’s past and present clients include other realtors, corporations, banks, the FDIC and of course traditional home buyers and home sellers. At heart however, Traci’s first priority is to be her client’s advocate — whomever she is representing.

Traci Loftis loves to help people. She specializes in online marketing and rapidly exposing properties to the market in quick time frames. She has been creating local and international relationships in the real estate business since 2002 and the auction business since 2007. She has held licenses in several states and has experience tapping into new markets and successfully exposing and selling properties. She has a unique gift for thinking like the buyer. She also has many years of traditional real estate experience, and many types of real estate like commercial/residential/recreational/land. She comes from a diverse background including traditional real estate sales, tech platforms, auctions, logistics, and team management. She started her real estate career while at university working with some of the top real estate teams and went on to co-found Real Estate Auction Partners all before the age of 30.
