I have worked as a Realtor covering San Francisco Peninsula Real Estate for 24 years. Over 10 of those years have been with Top — Producing Alain Pinel Realtors in the Burlingame Office. Of all the changes I have been a part of, the one aspect that won’t ever change for me is putting the Client first.

Licensed, full time Realtor for over 22 years. Consistently a Top-​Producing Agent. A California native, Ann has lived on the Peninsula since 1991. Her main areas of service include Hillsborough, where she has represented some of the most expensive and exclusive estates, Burlingame and San Mateo. Ann is a Certified Relocation Specialist and also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. (Certified in assisting our Senior Citizens with their relocation choices.) She offers her clients a Quality Service Certified Designation. She is an Active member in the community supporting our Schools, Local Charities and Disaster Preparedness efforts. In 2010, to further her expertise and scope, she completed CDPE training. (Certified Distressed Property Expert) In 2014, Ann became a Real Estate Broker.
