Me love coffee… this place gets packed in the morning but the baristas are fast and efficient. They are polite and are committed to making your drink exactly the way you like it. They put extra caramel on the macchiatos and the coffee doesn’t taste burned… imagine that! Kudos to you, Starbucks in Burlingame! :)

Perfect way to start my morning! For whatever reason, my map showed the store on Murchison and el Camino but the order was sent to the Linda mar location. Upon telling the Barista, she made my order for me anyway and didn’t charge me. When o called to notify the Linda mar location, they were just as polite and accommodating… OFCOURSE I tipped them! More businesses should treat their customers the«Starbucks way»!

This place used to be rated higher; especially for its location on ECR in Burlingame. I am Frustrated at the ambivalence of the order taker and barista when ordering my grande Americano in a personal cup … what happened? A hint of flavored tea in my coffee — WTH? OK: I thought I’d regroup and ask for a REAL coffee replacement; so I barge into the pick-up line and try to hold back my tinged emotions on this Monday morning and sarcastically and insistently ask for another Americano. For $ 2.85 they serve me a tall; however, with no hint of tea this time, but even weaker than the 2 expression shots that I expect. This episode is making me think seriously about switching to Philz, along with my Gold membership and 3 reload able family cards. I’m looking for Philz locations on Unilocal right now

This Starbucks is walking distance from Mills Peninsula hospital and was a godsend while we spent several days caring for an ill relative. We found quick service and well made drinks, plus a large seating area for kicking back, although many of the seats are at large common tables. The barista suggested I try brevia cream in my brewed coffee, an excellent choice; thumbs up for service. The parking lot has a 2 hour limit as I recall, which could interfere if you want to write the Great American novel here.

Really? No change for a hundred dollar bill? I’d believe if it was a non major chained corporation but really Starbucks? Hugely disappointed.

This is the worst place ever to go to to get a drink my drink was also filled with caramel on the sides and was disgusting I will never ever ever in the world recommend this horrible place to anybody in the world. I will never go back here again because of their horrible service and they took way to long to get my drink and because of these actions taken place at this location I will never ever come back here for horrible service and I repeat I will never recommend this horrible Starbucks to anybody. I will report this to the Starbucks headquarters based in Seattle Washington.

I always come here, it’s on my way to work. I always forget to check in!!! I miss my old baristas who would remember my name and my order. I wouldn’t have to tell them my drink, and we would chit chat about our weekends. Now I have to repeat myself everytime I go there, some of them can’t even speak English that I can understand and have to make them repeat their words. :( But now starbucks gives me incentive, 4 bonus stars everytime i go and get a frap from now until Aug 24. So we’ll see how that goes. As far as their drinks, it’s the same for starbucks… i usually get the same things over and over and over, but today I got me a coffee light with whip. But love that there’s front and back parking! Sometimes the lines could be long, depending the time of day.

I am here on a daily basis since this is the Starbucks closest to my office. The speed and quality of service have declined significantly in the past few years. I kept reassuring myself that even with all the staff changes, service will get better eventually. Today was the last straw. I was the only person in line and there were 5 baristas behind the counter, yet it took over 10 minutes for my pastry to be placed in the oven. The girl who handles the food area works at turtle speed and cashiers are too busy restocking to even say hello to the clients. I have no idea who manages this branch but definitely needs to retrain the morning staff. Many people stop by Starbucks before work because of the speed and convenience, however if speed prevents customers from getting to work on time, then what would be the benefit of this corporate caffeine tycoon?

Really cramped and dimly lit. Noise level is very high. Not the best branch. Wifi is awful. Caffè roma across the street is much more pleasant on every level.

I actually liked the way the old Starbucks looks. I also would like to add that the music is way too loud. It makes it hard for people to actually enjoy their food and drinks in the place. And please please please, can someone hire a proper interior designer for this place? The space planning is absolutely horrid. As usual. Starbucks serve cheap coffee and prepackaged food.

Service takes forever Service is sweating, hopefully not in our drinks service gives attitude to customers Service kept getting people’s orders wrong Service doesn’t write names on cups People kept getting the wrong drinks because the names weren’t written on the drinks The drinks were too hot and they didn’t put the brown safety on. I’m from LA and I wasn’t used to finding the safety myself. I guess there is a first time for everything. My first starbucks experience in San Fran is pretty whatever.

I have been going to this Starbucks for the past two years. It is just down the street from where I live. They did a total remodel a few months back and is laid out well. The issue, it is a very noisy place. When the workers see a regular walking in the door, they yell at the top of their lungs, Hey Bill, Mary, Tom or whoever”. They talk forever with the person at the register, even if there is a line of people. Can’t do too much about the cleanliness as people are natural pigs. But, they should go out once in a while to clean up. With a new remodel, you would assume they would like you to sit for a while. Internet sucks. They still use AT&T and should use Google, as it is faster. End result, I now go to Café Roma across the street. Much more pleasant and quiet. Internet is much faster and the whole experience is far above Starbucks.

The WiFi signal is too weak. I stayed for over an hour and my mobile could hardly connect. My laptop couldn’t even find the network :(. I asked if there was a better spot for stronger signal in the shop, «Sorry there’s nothing I can do about it.» WiFi aside I would rate the place 3 stars, like a regular Starbucks.

For someone who is not from the area, it felt like this store is sandwiched in between a thick loaf of stores. I found it, of course. In the late afternoon, sun light doesn’t come through the door anymore in this store so it does look a little stuffy and dark… BUT they didn’t mess up my complicated concoction of a drink so they are OK in my list. Not much to say about this store as I just dropped by after work to pick up my caffeine beverage. The staff is not rude, they are fast and although it isn’t your typical bigger store, it is not in a bigger strip. Like I said, it is sandwiched. Parking isn’t a problem as it is along an El Camino Real strip mall.

I only drink Green Tea Latte from Starbucks. Iced and hot. Everyday, I get it at San Bruno and they do it perfectly. Sometimes, I would get it at Serramonte and Colma. But also, there are times when I need a second grtl of the day and get it near my work, which is in Millbrae. I’ve gotten it a few times before and I wasn’t happy each time. They do it so differently. Whenever I get iced, it’s pretty much green powder on top of milk. They wouldn’t even bother mixing it. Sometimes, there would be powder in top of the lid. Sometimes, it freakin looks like it’s just milk. No matter how much I mix it.(Check picture) I only go there when I’m desperate because the first few times turned me off. Idk why, because it’s all the employees. Maybe how they were trained? But it’s weird. But if I’m paying $ 4.45 for milk and green tea matcha, least you could do is do it right.

I’ve had my share of «local Starbucks» to frequent in the past 10 years since moving to the Bay Area and this is hands down my favorite. They know my name, they know my order, it goes by quickly, they’re quick to own up to their mistakes if they have any, and they’re all just overall NICE without being annoyingly overly chipper(which we all know is sometimes not welcome when you’ve rolled out of bed and just trying to get your cup of coffee before starting the commute to the office). I roll up in here during«prime time». About 8am Mondays-Fridays(although I have tried on numerous occasions to quit Starbucks but without any luck). Sometimes the wait is to the door but actually I’d say about 85% of the time, I can get in line, order, and get my drink and be out the door in about 8 minutes. The line is seriously not THAT bad.
