Smog Masters

Hector is very honest and he gets you in/​out quick for smogs. I’ve been here now 5x and there are no issues.

If I can give this place a negative 5 I would. I took my van here to smog it because I found a coupon on line. there was no customers there so I figured i can get my smog done fairly quick. Went to lobby did the paperwork and handed them my keys. waited in the lobby and about 30 min went by and I was wondering where is my van. waited about another 10 min went by and the «smog tech» came back in and said my van (04 sienna all stock no mods on the van) failed. I was like OK paid the person then I looked at the paperwork and and notice that they performed a idle and 2500rpm smog test instead of on a dyno 15mph and 25mph. I questioned the guys and he had no explanation why he did it that way. he gave my money back and and said I «I’m not going to deal with this». walked away… If I did not have knowledge in the automotive field (certified auto tech) then I would have been screwed and took my van to a shop to get repaired and have to get re smog… AVOID THIS PLACE

Very quick and easy service. It is a STAR certified location which is what I needed for my 1994 camry. With the coupon available on line it was a good deal — $ 43 including the certificate.

I came to Smog Masters when I got turned away from a non-​STAR certified smog test location. Rest assured that Smog Masters is STAR approved!
The owner was quick and efficient, and had my car in and out in just over 15 minutes!
Apparently there is a coupon you can print online, but I wasn’t aware since I originally hadn’t planned to go here, but the owner was nice enough to give me a discount on the service.
I recommend this place, particularly if you need STAR certified smog test location.

Went here last week to get my wife’s Mazda Miata smogged and as usual Hector saved the day for me. He was quick, efficient and thorough! Hector is often miss understood by customers because he is so focused on getting your car done that he does not spend time schmoozing with you. He does everything he can to help your car pass (isn’t that what it’s all about?) If you want your car done right, and also a good cup of coffee while waiting Smog Masters is the place!

Yuck! Don’t bother going to this place. They are very rude, unprofessional, and uncouth. I walked out of the place after speaking with the owner for 5mins.

The guy that runs the shop, I am assuming he is the owner, is EXTREMELY rude. I will never bring my car to this place again and I will make it my mission that no one I know gives him any business either. Learn some customer service skills!

Hector has always been good to me. I have multiple business vehicles which need this work. He makes appointments to keep my wait time at a minimum. Bring your coupons for the best price.
