I have been practicing massage professionally since 1997. Desiring a diverse approach to bodywork and healing, I attended 6 different massage schools in southern and northern California. I have worked in day spas, fitness centers, chiropractic offices, physical therapy clinics, yoga studios, and holistic wellness centers.

My greatest expertise and passion is in deep tissue restructuring. I love helping clients with chronic issues and find no greater pleasure than seeing them grow from pain into thriving once again. I have helped clients find relief from sciatica, repetitive stress injuries, frozen shoulder, post-​stroke recovery, muscle spasticity, tennis elbow, tension headaches, and others.

My philosophy is simple: I am here to facilitate and inspire your own path to healing. I am here to teach you and your body what it feels like to live without pain and tension.
