Marianne Osberg – Coldwell Banker

I have had the pleasure of working with Marianne Osberg over the last six years or so. I worked with her in a capacity where I was the service provider and she was the client.
Recently the tables turned and she represented my landlord who wanted to rent out her home on the coast. A home I desperately wanted!!!
I was beyond impressed with Marianne’s level of professionalism. She performed her due diligence and had her client’s best interest at heart through our whole transaction. She is someone I consider a friend (and I believe she considers me one as well) but she stayed completely professional in this transaction. She could’ve easily gave me the recommendation to her client to get the deal done but followed all the proper procedures and researched my credentials before I was given the great news that the house was mine.
