Ines is awesome! She knows the market inside and out and she definitely knows what buyers want and how to prepare your house if you’re selling.
I’ve bough two properties with her and sold two others over the past 19 years, and I value her judgment and expertise tremendously.
When it comes to selling (my most recent experience with her), Ines knows how to set the right listing price, determine what to fix up and how much the work should cost, and bring in the right people to make everything happen. She helped get my house from a long-​term rental with lots of deferred maintenance to a showcase, staged home (with a new sewer line, new roof, new fence, new flooring and freshened interior) in just two months — exactly in the time she budgeted :-)

Ines is truly a top notch broker and we can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication! She helped us purchase our first townhouse 8 years ago and we didn’t hesitate to call her again when we decided to buy and sell in 2013. She helped us find the perfect singly family home in San Mateo and we really couldn’t have done it without her!
In such a hot market, we thought we would be house hunting for months and getting outbid many many times. But with her extensive knowledge of the Peninsula neighborhoods, and exceptional negotiating skills, she was able to find us our perfect home within a month and we got the house on our first offer! Writing up an offer on a house is always so nerve wracking and overwhelming, but Ines held our hand every step of the way. She provided expert advice and guidance on writing up a compelling offer as well as spent the extra time to get to know the seller’s agent and truly represent us well!
Once we bought our new house, we had to sell our townhouse right away, and Ines quickly helped us prepare the townhouse for sale. She gave us expert advice on various improvements we could do to prepare for sale and she even helped us with scheduling the painter, plumber, cleaners, inspections, etc! Townhouses weren’t quite selling as quickly as single family homes, but we were able to sell within 2 months.
Buying and selling at the same time is not easy (especially with a baby!) and we really couldn’t have done it without Ines’ expertise, professionalism and commitment. We knew she was working with other clients at the same time, but she always made us feel like we were her #1 priority. Even working around our baby’s schedule, she was always so flexible and accommodating. And if we simply had questions or needed advice and guidance, she was always reachable by phone or email.

Ines sold our condo in Foster City this summer. She helped us quickly list and sell the place for a much higher price than we would have ever imagined.
Once we were ready to go, she organized an army of painters, handymen, plumbers, electricians, cleaners and stagers to descend upon our condo like a tornado. Within a week the place looked amazing. She knew what to fix and update to make the place look much more desirable to potential buyers. More importantly, she knew what NOT to fix or update, so we didn’t need to spend a ton of money on improvements that wouldn’t actually increase our selling price.
Ines is energetic, devoted, skillful, savvy, experienced… I could add adjectives all day long. She’s been in the business for 30+ years and knows peninsula real estate better than anyone I’ve ever met. And from the day we signed the contract to the day we got a huge check in the bank, she acted as if we were her sole priority — taking calls anytime of the day, meeting us whenever and wherever at short notice, dealing with contractors, the title company, the HOA, and everyone else without batting an eye. She’s a pro, and had we used a less experienced or less dedicated realtor, I’m sure we would have been far more stressed out, confused and worried during the whole process.

Ines was beyond what we expected a realtor could be. I am picky, very picky and usually don’t write online reviews but I thought I’d take a moment to recognize how amazing of a realtor Ines is. She is energetic, very professional and I felt confident that she had our best interest in mind all the time. I never knew someone could be so efficient at doing so much so quickly, no matter what time of the day or night. I’m amazed at how she can obtain property info in no time, go through dozens of pages, call the other realtors, visit the property and shot a video while virtually walking us through the property and email us the video while we’re at work. She’s just amazing. Beyond her ability to make things happen quickly, she has a deep experience in real estate and knowledge of the neighborhoods. Sometimes I want to rely on an expert in a domain that’s not mine and want to have that expert’s opinion. Ines gave us her opinion if asked while at the same time not influencing us. She gave us the freedom to visit properties we liked, and do things our way while being there to help us. She worked around our schedule and not the other way around. She’s raised the bar very high for other realtors.
