My family and I were very lucky to have Judy as our champion in the marketplace– she was incredibly accommodating and driven to find the right property for us. My wife and I used Judy last year to purchase our first home, which closed in January. Judy is superbly knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Judy stuck with me for several years while I was looking for something I loved AND could afford in San Francisco. She was patient, and extremely helpful, and gave me excellent advice. When I finally found the right property, she made sure that my offer was attractive to the seller, and really made it possible for me to win in a multiple offer environment. Throughout the transaction, which was very complex as the unit was a TIC (Tenancy in Commmon), she gave me great advice. Judy learned everything possible about the caveats of buying a TIC. Ensured I found the right lawyer to look over the TIC agreements and make sure I understood the issues. It was a long and arduous close. Judy, being very detail oriented and thorough, made sure every person in the process was held accountable for their items and in a timely manner. I am now using her to sell my house in Hillsborough! I have recommended Judy to friends, and they always thank me profusely!

We used Judy this past month to look at properties in Burlingame and San Carlos. She is a wonderful resource and helped us think through different schools for our 6^th and 4^th graders and how different neighborhoods compared. She was also knowledgeable about commuting options. My girlfriend and I met Judy one day while we were viewing open houses. We stumbled into a home she was representing as seller, and over the course of exchanging a few words, found her to be very warm, pleasant, & knowledgeable. Knowing the Burlingame (and surrounding) area inside-​out, she made sure everything was handled correctly, worked with us on a schedule of what would happen when, communicated and followed up consistently throughout the process (even while on her vacation!) and was truly a gem in every respect. We moved out of state before the final closing, and Judy was there to tie up the loose ends and generally made our move as easy as it could possibly be.
We are so glad we chose to work with Judy. Not only is she amazingly well connected, she really went to bat for us several times, and always did the «right thing» so we felt good about the sale– which was quick and worked out incredibly well. I can’t think of anything that was a challenge– except leaving beautiful Burlingame!
