I wish it was possible to give no stars, the person got here and totally ripped us off! On the phone the company wasn’t descriptive enough about how much the total charge was so I made sure for 2 rooms it was going to be 80 dollars but they didn’t say including the stairs it was going to be 150. That is totally not ok! The guy got here and gave us an attitude saying «I DON’T CARE «yelling at us and being rude. A second he said 150 and the next second he said 115. I think washing a pair of stairs doesn’t cost 69 dollars does it? I am not going back to this company again because they clearly need to work on their customer service.

I found this company through Diamond Certified website and the company far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Jorge Amado’s professionalism in assessing the rooms to be clean and providing a step by step process is commendable then he gave me he quote. Most company provides quote over the phone then when the initial cleaning comes they start adding additional cost because they didn’t assess the area first. I highly recommend this company for any of your carpet cleaning needs. I saw with my own eyes the removal of heavy dark stains because the prior tents where just dirty people!

Jorge is the best, using eco friendly cleaners and my carpet looks spotless!

Availability: I called in desperation at 7pm needing a cleaning the next day. He had an appointment available at 10 am.
Timeliness: Appointment was at 10am, I asked if he could call 20 min before. He called me at 9:40am, showed up at 10:05.
Honesty: He had quoted me a price over the phone, however upon arrival, he mentioned my place was a lot bigger then he had thought. However, he said he would honor the price he had told me over the phone, without me even saying a word.
Quality of Work: He finished in 45 minutes, and the place looked great. Even was able to get rid of foot traffic dirt by the door. With the technology he uses, the carpet dries in 1 hour. He guarantees his work, so if your not happy or see a stain pop back, he will come and take care of it. No need though!
Workers: This is the best part, this guy doesn’t have unknown workers coming in doing the work for him. Its a very kind man in his 50’s who is the same guy you talk to on the phone, same guy who comes and does the job.
Overall: I was very impressed by the overall service. Gave the guy a $ 20 tip, thats how happy I was! He honestly was shocked by the tip, which tells me he doesn’t expect anything from others, but rather, expects hard work from himself and a job well done for the price he states.

We use AMRO Carpet Cleaning for the floors at Small Fry Dance Club. He does an excellent job and his products are green and safe. Which is important to us since we teach kids as young as 18mo. We have signed up for him to clean our carpets on a quarterly basis and he always calls to remind us when we are due for another cleaning. We highly recommend them.

The other night I’m brushing my teeth when I feel a tide of water on my foot. I look over and see the toilet has pretty much exploded and water is gushing on the floor. A glance in the tank confirms a part has broken off and is now floating in the tank water. Awesome.
I panicked for about a minute, and got the water shut off to the apartment, but not before there was a half inch of water in about ¼ of my apartment. Even more awesome. We clean up the whole place, and right when I’m stepping up to get into bed, I realize my area rug is squishy too. Awesome x3.
Believe you me, landlord got an earful, and he promptly sent Jorge over. He was at my apartment a few hours later to pick up the rug, gave me opinions on how to sanitize the place further and had my rug clean, sanitized and back to new in less than 2 days. He’s friendly, professional, and does a bang up job. I hope I don’t need him again, but if I do I’ll certainly call him first!

The downside to recommend AMRO on a place like Unilocal is everyone will discover my hidden gem.
My shower overflowed and wetted half of the carpet in my guest bedroom. I called AMRO at 8am Saturday and Mr. Jorge Amado (owner) showed up almost immediately. He thoroughly explained the options to my wife and I and cleaned the carpet over next 3 days. His prices are reasonable and more importantly, he gave us the peace of mind of someone who is experienced, reliable, and fair.
There are few people I endorse and AMRO (especially Mr. Jorge Amado) is one of them.

Jorge is someone that I would highly recommend for carpet cleaning. He has several different tools that he can use depending on what your carpet is made of. He was on time for our appointment, he is Diamond Star certified, and he has a professional attitude.
