We are doing a whole-​house remodel and the folks at All Natural Stone are so knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone working here is so friendly, especially our sales rep, Jon. They are reliable and dependable and even made our tile and slab selection process fun! We are looking forward to seeing our beautiful selections finally installed.

I had my home remodeled recently with tiles from All Natural Stone. Everything went well when I purchased tiles but not when I wanted my credit back (about $ 4000.00) and planned to return extra tiles. Just like the other customer mentioned they refused for return by telling me the vendor wanted to move to another pattern, it was only 1 month after I made the purchase, who would believe this! And they told me there was a credit card service fee to get my credit back, when I got the bill, it was $ 200.00, the number looks very suspicious, so I called the credit company, and they said there was no service fee at all. This is a FRAUD! I will never purchase from this store again and I will ask all my friends stay away from it.

My husband and are are renovating the entire inside of our home and it has been a big undertaking. We decided to try All Natural Stone and have been very pleased with our experience there. At the last minute we reached out to one of their designers Rosanna Marks. She is nothing short of amazing. Rosanna knows her tiles and granites, and has an excellent design sense. I am an expert in my field and can say without a doubt that she is an expert in hers! We have been extremely pleased and appreciate someone with Rosanna’s professionalism and attention to detail. All Natural Stone is awesome and so is Rosanna!

Gorgeous selection of material. If you are going on a Friday or Saturday make an appointment or you won’t get help. I ordered tile and had to constantly follow up to check the status no one called me to let me know it arrived.

We searched all over the Bay Area for unique stone tiles and slabs for our bathroom remodeling project. All Natural Stone not only has among the best selection and pricing, but most importantly, they have Rosanna Marks.
Rosanna is a true artist who impressed both my wife and I instantly with her creativity and artistic judgement. The most difficult part of a major remodeling project is not about finding the cheapest or the most expensive stones, but to decide how to compose different color and texture beautifully and tastefully that will transcend time. Both my wife and I are very picky and we talked to a few of the «designers» from different stone shops, who basically picked whatever that’re handy, or told you whatever that you picked would look nice. The «advices» are so arbitrary that you pretty much can talk to them the next day and they’ll tell you different things. So we dwindled over two months, but still couldn’t decide which stones to pick.
Then we talked to Rosanna at ANS. Immediately after we told Rosanna what we liked and what we envisaged, she hand drawn a design incorporating and expanding on the elements, and steered us away from a couple of wrong design choices that would have sold us more stones, but would look dated down the road. She also came up with some custom design options that made our bathroom more unique and in harmony, but without breaking the bank.
Even our contractor complimented that he’s worked on this trade for over 25 years on many high-​end homes, but he’s never done one that’s so classy and timeless.
Moreover, due to an error with their New York supplier who custom cut a small mural with the dimensions reversed after our waiting for a few weeks, Rosanna moved mountain to have them recut and air shipped in immediately by calling their owner who’s on business in Europe in the middle of the night (normally their laser cutting has a long line and ground shipping would have been more economical), so that we could have our project proceeded in time. Instead of just giving us excuses since that’s not really her fault, or pressuring us to accept not exactly what we had in mind (the supplier would have given us a huge discount if we’re willing to accept it), Rosanna took the initiative to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted when we wanted it. Her dedication in post-​sale customer service reflects true professionalism.
We’re so fortunate to have found Rosanna who has experience designing for celebrities in New York to consult on our remodeling project. It’s like buying stones with a free designer that you can truly trust. Don’t expect to just walk in and get her help though. Her calendar is often booked a week or two ahead so plan accordingly.

Brigette Parker is amazing. Her previous design work has contributed so much to helping us select the most beautiful shower tile, floor tile, wall tile and grout for our home. When we stopped by All Natural Stone, we were greeted and helped immediately.
Brigette was our go to woman and we were so happy she was.
We do not have a good sense of design or color. We selected some thing from other stores and brought to try to match. I clearly remember her saying, «I like it, I’m not loving it, but I like it.» She found something for us that was much, much better.
So now when we are faced with a decision to make on anything related to our remodel, we ask ourselves «Would Brigette Love it?»
She has an amazing design sense, patience, list of helpful referrals, e.g., shower doors, fabricators, etc. and always responds quickly to our emails. I really feel she is a partner with us in making our home beautiful.

I am a designer specializing in tile and stone layouts and selections and design for over 20 years. My past experience was that I needed to travel to the East Bay, San Francisco, Peninsula, and the South Bay to look for tiles and stones and slabs. Since All Natural Stone opened in San Jose and Burlingame, it made it one of the best one-​stop-​showrooms to visit. The selection of materials far exceeds any other showrooms and with the new Pleasanton showroom, my clients don’t have far to travel. And you can borrow samples to view in your home!
Yes, sometimes service takes time, but the sales force does not rush their personal time with you once they are free to assist you. You will find them friendly, informative, creative, and willing to ask another associate for answer that they do not have. Several trips are not uncommon to finalize your selections. A word of caution, check the ETA on materials and order expeditiously! Your contractor and tiler will love you for that!
This is THE place to visit when looking for tile, stone, slab, and creative salespeople!

I’m a bit surprised there are good reviews for this place. They must have some good customer experiences, but ours was pretty bad.
We ordered some tiles and grout from this place. We went to Natural Stone because it is close to our house.
We were told our order was ready for pick up and went to the store to pick up the order only to find the order was not ready 4 TIMES! That is right, it took 4 visits when it should have taken 1.
We were charged on the second visit and then told on the 3^rd visit that we had not been charged and needed to pay. It turns out they charged us 2X for the order and we had to talk to their finance person to get the redundant charges reversed.
Every time we visited the store we had to track down someone who worked there and they routinely had trouble finding and interpreting our order. In some cases they were trying to upsell us while they were fumbling to figure out our order which was weird.
This place clearly has a great selection and while the prices are high they are not ridiculous. It just seems like they need to get their operations in order. I hope ours was a rare experience.

Rosanna Rocks! She is patient and knowledgable. She helped us beyond measure. She stayed within our budget, and her design skills were amazing. As well as, her knowledge of the inventory. She’s the best!

My contractor recommended me this store and I do not have enough words to thank him for doing so. Robert spend several hours helping me get the best tile for my kitchen. He has an exhaustive knowledge of tiles and will help you choose what is best for your project to look awesome!
If you need tiles for your kitchen do not take chances with other retailers. All Natural Stone is the best in Burlingame!

Simply put, ask for Rosanna — she’s great! Rosanna designed our kitchen back splash with panache and was so humble about doing so. We showed up with an idea, and she put what was in our heads onto paper. Her freehand design skills are impressive. If you need ideas, Rosanna has an encyclopedic knowledge of materials and will help steer you to what you want and what your project needs to look beautiful!

I am remodeling my kitchen and didn’t know much about counter tops. Shelby at All Natural Stone was amazing. She patiently walked me through all the different stones. I never felt pushed or rushed through the process. I picked a stone and changed my mind and she graciously helped me again the next day until I found something I loved. All Natural Stone offers the best selection of tiles among 6 large reputable title/​stone suppliers I visited in the Bay area. Their showroom in Burlingame is extraordinary. Their service is first class. The decisive factor to put All Natural Stone above others is their in-​stone professional designer (I worked with Rosanna). I get all my tile and stone from the place for my second level addition and first floor kitchen and bath remodeling. Rosanna is an experienced professional designer with exceptional sense of color matching and artistic feel of style. I am very happy with the service and products from All Natural Stone.

Never work with this company!!! They sent me the wrong tile, polished instead of honed, when the order CLEARLY said honed. They admitted their mistake at least. But, they also sent lower quality tile, with many pieces having chipped edges, and then argue with you that you can still use these pieces when clearly you cannot use a chipped piece for a high end job (the only exception being cutting the tile for smaller pieces, so you cut out the chipped edges, but you can only do that so many times)!! On top of that, when they screwed up and gave me polished marble instead of honed, and I complained there could be a safety issue with it being too slippery, they tried to cover their ass and tell me it would be totally fine, nothing to worry about, they sell tons of it without issue for bathrooms. And then I find directly on their web site it says «Suggested Application
Using polished marble on areas with high foot traffic is not the best idea, one because the wear and tear of everyday activity would be prevalent and apparent. You are even more highly advised against using it on your bathroom floor, as it gets very slippery when wet and can be hazardous.»!!! it’s crazy how bad they are!!!

I remodeled my bathroom earlier this year and this is one of the places I went to to buy tile at the suggestion of my contractor friend. I’m surprised to find such negative reviews on here. Their show room is one of the best in the area. I worked with Robert, and he was very patient and helpful. I picked out floor tile, shower tile and accent tile. He helped me pick out the correct grout to match the tiles and even helped me figure out how to layout the tile. I showed him my floor plan and Robert came up with the idea to install custom mirrors and clear shower doors to open up the small bathroom. And he even helped me pick out my bathroom paint color! He is a great bathroom designer and I would highly recommend working with him.

Stones are nicely laid out on walls but there isn’t a price list attached to it.

I had a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. The person who helped me was not very helpful or knowledgeable. He certainly made me feel like I was not I was his ideal customer and treated me like I was a waste his time. In fact, when I asked him his name so that I can see him the next day, he tells me it’s, «Bob.» but seconds later his colleague walks by to ask for his help and calls him «Hank.»
Bob…Hank. ?
My thoughts are: Why does this place invest time and money on such a beautiful showroom but don’t have people who are motivated to show you anything.
My assumptions are that they work with mostly contractors and designers. If you are a DIY person or looking to buy for your own project then you might want to come and tell them that you are planning to drop over $ 5000 before they take you seriously.
I am basing this assumption on how Hank/​Bob was annoyed when he asked for my budget and I said, «I don’t know, $ 3000?.
«Oh well this is not really the place for you,» said Hank/​Bob.
It was weird but I stayed put because I really wanted to buy from here since it is so close to my house. I tried to explain to him that I was confused by what he meant by budget, I had figured, $ 3000 just for countertops but there was still a budget for bathroom tiles, floors and more.
Well, too late because he had already predetermined what kind of customer I was so he begrudgingly walked me around and pointed selections saying «Well here, try these, these are cheap and in your price range. They are good and they could work for you.»
Every style and selection I told Bob/​Hank I liked, he would simply respond with, «yeah, they’re good,» and then show me something entirely different.
I would point out a marble slab in white and gray and he would steer me towards black slabs and tell me that I should consider something else. It was a little frustrating.
When I ask Bob/​Hank if they carry «Anne Sacks» tiles, he says he «hates her» and that she sued him for $ 80,000 and tried to put him out of business.
Bob/​Hank said he also hates the brand Kohler but never explains why they are not a good pick.
I am not trying to bash Bob/​Hank, in fact my overall contact with anyone here was a huge brush off anyway. Initially, I came in just to browse but after being impressed with their selection (A large and Wide Array of products) I wanted to speak with someone.
I walked to the area where four employees were standing behind computers and politely asked if I could set an appointment with someone.
A man looked irritated that he had to look up from his computer so I tried to be respectful of their time and asked if I could get on someone’s calendar.
The man waved his hand and said, «Well, do you have measurements of your project.»
«Sure,» I replied.
«Then you just come in whenever you have it,» he said.
«I can come with a interior decorator tomorrow at 3pm is there someone I should ask for,» I said.
«Yeah sure,» he said. «Who ever is here that is free can help you.»
«Can I have a business card,» I asked.
«Oh just grab one here,» he waves at a business card holder that has eight sets with different sales names.
I said thanks, grabbed some brochures and continued to browse on my own.
Soon after is when Bob/​Hank came up to me. At the very least, I am grateful that he took the time to talk to me.
Based on the Unilocal reviews, I had expectations of meeting someone knowledgeable who would help with the selection for my renovation project. I’m bummed that I did not get the same experience, they are so close to my home.

We came into All Natural Stone to purchase tile for our kitchen. There were people in the store when we walked in looking around so we figured they were open. While walking around nobody welcomed us or offered to provide assistance.
When we were done looking and ready to find an associate to help us get pricing one of the employees yells from across the room «What are you doing in here?» I didn’t think she was talking to me so I ignored her. She then yells again, «What do you want?» I said «Are you talking to me?» She said, «Yes, we closed 25 minutes ago!» I’m not sure how they had closed 25 minutes ago when we had only been in the store less than 15 minutes, but the doors were wide open when we arrived and people were still in the store. I apologized and we left.
Needless to say, we felt awful for the way we were treated. They provide a great selection of tile, but I won’t be returning because of the rude service. There are ways to phrase things like… «I’m sorry, we closed 25 minutes ago. Can I help you with anything?» I apologize for not reading your hours on the door, but please learn some courtesy.

My wife and I were remodeling our condo and, being new to it all, needed a good spot with variety and guidance. All Natural Stone in Burlingame is a great place for a variety of needs — from countertops to bath and kitchen tile.
Their strengths:
— clean store, great layout, fantastic variety of vendors and styles, including Porcelanosa, Caesarstone and many more.
— great prices
— Juan the owner and his sales associates are very knowledgeable and responsive
— on weekends they roll out a spread of free cookies, fresh fruit, bottled waters, etc.
— warehouse in the back with low prices deals on granite slabs and more
Be sure to come with a designer to help focus your search, otherwise you’re asking a sales rep to make recommendations on a place they haven’t seen.
That said, their sales folks can give good recommendations if you give them some colors and style of your design (modern, traditional, etc)
We were very happy with our experience here and highly recommend All Natural Stone.
