My update: got my tooth taken out and everything was great, again they answered ALL our questions and explained everything with detail. I didnt have much of a wait time. I’m happy to be taken care of by such great people.

What can I say, Dr Tom is the tops hands down. Been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is amazing, nice and understanding.

What can I say… I had some lousy preventative care done on a cracked tooth by someone else that charged a fortune… I have been in pain for about 6 months with no help from the other dentist after numerous visits to get the crown right. I said I think I should have someone else take a look to which this guy canceled my and my daughter’s future cleanings (the following week)… by LETTER. After 5 years of going there and being fine with the service (primary from hygienists) this is what I got…
Nowhere to go, no cleanings especially for my kid who was 2 weeks away from getting ortho expansion and had to have a cleaning, I started looking around. I saw Dr. Tom on here and she was close to home so I’ll give her a shot.
Teresa the receptionist and scheduling wizard got us in right away. We showed up on time, were seen on time, my kid got her cleaning and was all set but my jaw was in so much pain I could barely open my mouth to have Dr. T… errific get a good look. She sent me home to wear a night guard just to help my jaw rest and had me scheduled to come back in 2 weeks for my cleaning and a look at the crown.
I went back yesterday 6÷22÷15, got the cleaning, and told Doc T my whole mouth felt off and I felt like I was going mad. She told me everything I was experiencing could be from the crown, she decided to get in there and do some filing on it. She was about to polish and send me home to try it out for a week when she said don’t move I see something… With two swipes of the drill and healthy polish I have my bite back. Last night was the first night I slept well in months.
I truly can’t thank her enough for what she did for me.
She and her staff are calm and gentle. They do not try to rush you but fix the issue or just take care of you.
In a weird way I am glad I had a horrible experience with the other dentist so I know now what it means to have a good dentist! I look forward to taking my daughter and myself to Dr. Tom for years.

By far best dentist I have been to EVER, I have had the worst experiences at dentists and this is the first time I have left the dentist happy. Friendly staff and great dentist. Clean all around and very inviting. I would recommend this place to everyone

I love Dr. Tom and her entire staff is wonderful. From the front desk to the dental chair it has always been a pleasant experience. I recently cracked and broke a tooth and they were able to fit me in quickly. Her professionalism and kindness are always something I can count on. I live over an hour away and would not consider sitting in any other dentist chair. My children and grandchildren are all patients as well. Thanks to Dr. Tom and her amazing bonding techniques, the entire family has beautiful smiles.

Vivian and her staff are terrific. She keeps the atmosphere relaxed and fun. You will feel very confident that you are being provided with best care possible. Vivian is precise, thorough and dedicated to her profession. I have had crowns that were improperly done by another Dentist and replaced by her, and could not be more happy with the result. I have never had a complaint of any kind. I actually like going to the Dentist since I started with her in 2010.

I went to Dr. Tom for a second opinion. During a recent check up with my normal dentist the hygienist said I had a fractured tooth. When my dentist arrived, he dismissed it and I never really got a satisfactory answer as to whether or not I had a tooth fracture. Dr. Tom came highly recommend from a friend so I went to see her.
Wow. First of all, the staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. Dr. Tom looked at my tooth and had a look around. I explained everything that my dentist had said and she took the time to walk me through why he would do everything the way he did, discussing various options. She went out of her way to let me know that my dentist was taking good care of me. Since I was there and she was so helpful, I asked her a few more questions about my gums and general dental health. I was impressed with her encyclopedic knowledge of dental history and current treatment methods. It’s obvious she loves helping people. After I said my goodbyes and left, it occurred to me that she never once said anything bad about my dentist or made any attempt to convince me to become her patient. To me, this is the mark of a truly honest and exemplary professional. Where some people would’ve used this second opinion exam as a prolonged sales opportunity, she used the time to make me feel better.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Tom and I would recommend her to anyone, even people who are scared of the dentist. She has a way of making you feel like you’re in good hands, because you are.

One of the things I like best about Dr. Tom is that she doesn’t always tell you you need many expensive procedures. She takes wonderful care of your teeth while minimizing the amount of expense.

After years and years of crappy and/​or lame dentists a friend recommended that I give Dr. Tom a try… I am so glad that I did! First of all the office is super clean, very cozy, and has modern technologies. The staff is efficient and nice. Dr. Tom is very relaxed, friendly, and gentle. Most importantly she is honest! She will not recommend pointless procedures or try to trick you into purchasing do-​dadds and thingamabobs you don’t need. She also has very reasonable fees.
Going to the dentist is not fun, going to Dr. Tom’s does not make it fun, but at least I will be comfortable and I do not have to worry about getting ripped off! I highly recommend this place for your dentistry needs!

I have always been nervous going to the dentist in fear of something being wrong or something causing me pain but I started going to Dr. Tom about 7 months ago and had to write a review, I am so happy with her and the staff as well as the facility itself. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. They see you promptly and on time with the sheduled appointment time, I’ve never waited more than a couple minutes past my appointment time. Dr. Tom makes it a point to make you as comfortable as possible and she relates to you not making you feel like a patient but more like a new friend. She is very good at explaining everything you can do to improve problems or potential problems with cavities, chips in teeth, etc. She gives realistic easy solutions to protect you from any future problems and it is an all around good experience as far as dentist trips go!

Dr. Tom is the best! She is absolutely wonderful! She’s very gentle, while being extremely through. She explains everything going on with you so you understand it, talks about what foods you should eat or not eat depending on any problems you may have. Her nurses and office staff are awesome and try to make everything fit your schedule not theres. Her fees are very reasonable. I VERY HIGHLY recommend her if you need a dentist.

I am very pleased to say I recommend Dr Tom to anyone who needs a good dentist. I have had my share of dental work and Dr Tom and Anna made my experience very pleasant. I am actually looking forward to my next apt next week for my cleaning. With the economy the way it is today, her fees are affordable.
