Tri-​Tech was incredibly professional reconstructing our home following indoor water damage from a broken pipe. Bill Gandsey was supportive and sympathetic towards our devastating loss, and he was detail-​oriented in defining exactly what needed to be done to restore that end of the home, down to each baseboard and door knob. Most importantly, he had professional experience negotiating with the insurance company to increase the $ settlement amount accordingly, so that the work could be done with quality without short-​cuts and to code (because the insurance company wanted to underpay for material replacement, to where some contractors initially submitted «no bids» to us!). I found that most contractors are not adept at collaborating with insurance adjusters, but Bill Gandsey and team excelled in this capacity. Once an equitable settlement was reached with the insurance company, then Tri-​Tech did a superb job efficiently replacing drywall, wood and tile flooring (also levelled out the kitchen floor drop-​off to the breakfast nook, cleaning up prior contractors’ work), new paint, and wainscoating. They allowed us to select the materials and colors WE wanted without sacrificing quality. Project Management was efficient with no idle downtime in between the various specialty trades. Onsite job supervisors were always courteous, attentive, listening to our concerns, and overseeing the workman well. Workmen cleaned up the site impeccably at the end of each day, leaving behind no trash, debris, or dust, so we could live in and use the house each night. The restoration job looks beautiful, and most importantly, was completed on-​time within the forecasted timeframe. I highly recommend Tri-​Tech Restoration. I found them through referral from a friend (who works in the insurance industry as an adjuster), and they met and surpassed ALL my expectations.

We had a pipe break and lots of water damage to our wood floor. The emergency crew that came out was really great – quick and considerate, and they did a thorough job I thought. Because they were recommended by Auto Club and I was so impressed, I decided to use them for the floor repair. I don’t have the energy to go into it at length, but just trust the other reviews on here. They delayed and delayed and said it was due to matching the wood. Three weeks later they responded to my fourth call and said, we will speak to the wood rep tomorrow. When I complained to Auto Club, they said Tri-​Tech had lost their preferred status with Auto Club and were no longer a recommended contractor. They wouldnt discuss details but they said there had been a lot of problems. Thanks to them, our floor was delayed several months, and we had to start from scratch with a new contractor – quite a lengthy process when you are going through insurance. It took a total of five months to get our floor fixed, but that’s another story… Tri-​tech is very poor with call backs and follow through. And didn’t seem to care much about my disappointment. Take your business somewhere it counts!

I gave Tri Tech one star but would give a negative rating of –10 if possible.
One year later and we are still experiencing problems with the poor workmanship that was provided by this shady company.
The flooring they installed in the kitchen is coming up after less than one year! We new it was a poor quality job from the beginning but did not realize just HOW sub par it really was!!!
I am sure Shant K will respond with some sort of nonsense but the truth of the matter is Tri Tech did NOT live up to their contract.
I walk around my home and have to see the mistakes that were made in our flooring installation and it bothers me. I have let it go because we did not want to deal with this company again but now that the flooring and jambs are coming up I simply had to write so that others can be aware when choosing their contractors.

I have used Tri Tech twice, once for a fire and once for a flood, both times they were great. My only regret was using the flooring guy, there are movable gaps in the hard wood floors. Hopefully this is the last time I will need there services but if I do I would make sure Pablo oversees the job.

We recently had water damage from aging pipes in our hillside property, with a call to our Insurance agent he quickly introduced us to TriTech Restoration

They immediately went into action and had personnel on location within hours to assess damage and start clean up. Working with Lucine & Medik to get through all the damage, scheduling and insurance made for a much easier project.
They were extremely responsive, helpful and stayed within our insurance budget to complete the full restoration. Most of my business is referrals, it is great when you come in contact with similar minded services.

We saw Tri-​Tech in the Automobile Club Westways Magazine. They were right Tri-​Tech is good. We called them out to do job, but Vic saw that we had structural damage that was confirmed by engineers. It could have been a much larger disaster. Our house is now under-​pinned and all of the cracks have been repaired. We have a beautiful new porch and a lovely archway leading to the kitchen. The crews were great… no cussing and loud music. They were always polite, leaving everything as clean as possible and trying to make life as easy as possible for us. We appreciate Lucy helping to work around our schedule and her promptness in returning calls or email. Thank you Tri-​Tech.

We did our restoration last December on a small downstairs bathroom (no shower) after a leak from an upstairs bathroom found its way downstairs. We were very fortunate to have MJ as our contracting expert! He is easy to talk to, was always on time, cleaned up after every phase of work. I really give him the maximum amount of stars available for his great work. The people at the home office are also easy to talk with. I recommend this company. The bathroom looks great!

Our house had a broken pipe which resulted in flooding that destroyed our floors and walls. We were devastated, we have 2 kids (and a third on the way) and our house was supposed to be appraised the next week. My insurance company sent Tri Tech out to our house in Ojai the next day.
Harry Deinyan was assigned to us and he was AWESOME! He was super helpful, returned all of my annoying emails and phone calls right away. I expressed to him how vital it was to have the work completed ASAP, as I’m sure everyone does.
We chose to have Tri Tech do all of the work for us. They installed new floors throughout the house, replaced walls, painted and installed new baseboards. Erik was our main guy for painting, drywall and finish work. He was hands down the best contractor we’ve EVER worked with! We tried HARD to hire him (even with him living 2 + hours away) because his work was so amazing but he refused saying he only works for Tri Tech! The flooring guys were great and hilarious! They even found an underground safe in the foundation and waited while I called a locksmith. Harry (another Harry) was incredibly helpful in the flooring department and Medik was great in billing. Honestly, it was HORRIBLE being out of our house for a month with two kids and having to switch hotels every couple of days due to availability in our resort town however, working with Tri Tech was was SOOO easy! We paid extra money to have them do a little extra work. We could’ve have saved money by using a local contractor, however; I am BEYOND satisfied with their professionalism, extreme time management, AMAZING customer service and great work! Thank you Erik, Harry, Medik and Tri Tech!

Tri-​Tech was recommended by our insurance company, State Farm, after we had a fire at our home. From start to finish, they were simply five stars. We had initially worked with another contractor recommended by State Farm and had suffered through four months of unreturned phone calls, bids that took 5 – 6 weeks, lack of communication etc. What a change once we called Tri-​Tech. Eddy worked on our bid and worked hand in hand with us and State Farm to make sure our house was restored to it’s previous condition.
The team working on our job was fantastic — Emil, Polo, Lucy, Eddy, Gus, Steve … we were impressed by every crew member who walked through the door and they worked tirelessly to answer every question we had and make sure we were more than satisfied with the repairs.
Towards the end of the job, we had a few unexpected bumps (a faulty washing machine), different colored tiles etc. and Polo and his team went out of their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Polo and his crew stayed late more than once to fix things that were suddenly not working around the house (that had nothing to do with their repairs) just to make sure my family and I weren’t left in the lurch.
Overall, we could not have been more happy and are so glad that we hired them. A+

The lower level of our house flooded on Labor Day. We have wood floors that we thought we could save if we got the inch deep water cleaned up quickly. We were wrong. The next morning the bubbling started appearing on the walls. Followed by the warping of the floorboards. We should have just called Tri-​Tech immediately. Oh well lesson learned, time wasted. We made the call the following day and they were out there right away with heaters, blowers, suckers, you name it. Tri-​Tech was responsive, instructive and efficient in getting the initial work started to prevent any further damage from the water.
I have never had a flood experience before so was completely in shock. Harry at Tri-​Tech helped us understand what the road would look like to restoring our house. He did a thorough walk through and noted all things affected by the water, way more than I would have thought!
Throughout the drying process and the demolition process, every person I met on the Tri-​Tech team (probably 4 people or so) was super helpful and very professional. Hugo and his paint crew came out and made the house look better than new, cleaned up every day making it as comfortable as they could for us to remain in the house during the process. The floors they installed were top notch and done in in two days. The whole first floor in two days!
Whenever I reached out to Lucy or Adis at Tri-​Tech, either phone call, email, or text — they were available, knowledgeable and understanding when it came to answering my questions. There were also a variety of small details, like drying out the closet and replacing baseboards. Tri-​Tech always went the extra mile. Gabby (has a voice like an Angel) put together a timeline of completion they not only met but met early!
If you experience something like water damage or fire damage, you will likely have your insurance company involved. It was amazingly helpful to work with Tri-​Tech as they are set up to work with the insurance company and know the process.
Through this experience, I found that everyone really wants to help out… and help you recover from this type of an event.

Tri-​Tech was recommended by our insurance company, Ameriprise/​Costco when we had a fire at our home. This type of event is both tramatic and so troublesome for those who have not been through similar circumstances. Tri-​Tech was reassuring and competent from beginning to end. The estimator walked the job with the fire inspector and made sure to get agreement on everything to be done so that we could get our house back to it’s previous condition. The flooring unit helped us to select flooring creatively with the insurance reimbursement so that we could pay a little extra and have a great upgraded result that we love. Lucy S was there to round up the troops and help us with every step. Palo Supervised the project on site and personally saw to it that we were happy down to the final scratch repairs. This type of claim and construction is not easy. As homeowners we were devistated by the ruin and not very patient with the time and detail necessary to put it back. We were out of our home for 4.5 months and not happy. However, Tri-​tech kept at it and worked diligently to make sure everything got fixed to our satisfaction. They even allowed me to pay competitive costs to complete most of my «Honey Do List» that existed prior to the fire. They never complained about coming back or redoing anything that we wanted done. We are 100% satisfied with the results.
Unfortunately, we had a flood following the fire due to a Home Depot faulty installation of a dishwasher. We did not hesitate to recontract Tri-​Tech for the repairs and let the insurance company go after Home Depot for the cost. Now our kitchen is back and the house feels like new.
Tri-​Tech should be your first choice if you have a disaster claim and want top notch help getting your things and your life back to pre-​disaster form.

I had a recent water loss in my condo caused by the upstairs neighbor. While the situation was stressful and I’m a full time single working mom, Lucine Gasparyan handled all the details for me, arranged the emergency team and the construction, and made sure the job was done to my quality standards. She was always there when I needed her and was very responsive to my needs. She really is a gem and I was very fortunate to work with her during such a difficult time. She was extraordinarily caring, organized, and professional. While I hope I never need these services again I would certain return to Tri Tech and Lucine if the need arises.

Great! Always arrived within the small time frame given. They cleaned up after themselves and repaired my place better than before the nasty pinhole leak. They always communicated what they were going to do even if this was a AAA insurance claim. Excellent customer service as well.

I had a chance to see Tri Tech Restoration repair an apartment that had caught fire. They were no-​nonsense and changed what was really damaged and repaired what could be repaired instead of just changing everything completely. The apartment looks better than before and there are no signs of the damage now.
There was a small incident so I called them and spoke to Lucine. She had a super friendly phone voice and listened to me and said she would call me back shortly. She actually called me back within an hour and said that they would take care of it. Most places would not have. They covered something that they normally would not have and went way above and beyond.
Businesses are businesses and meant to turn a profit but someone at this place has a heart and did the right thing proving that sometimes «you just do the right thing… just because».

I recently had a water loss at my home and Tri Tech came to the rescue. I worked with Gabby Boyadzhyan who made this horrible experience a very smooth and amazing one. Her humor and upbeat personality allowed me to feel very comfortable with her and their team. I will definitely recommend Tri Tech to all my friends and family. Tri Tech recently rebuilt my Weho condo that was totally destroyed in a fire. It was an insurance claim and getting the adjustor to agree to pay was an uphill battle. Eddy, Tri Techs adjustor, handled it like a pro. He knew how to support each repair claim including when to hire experts. He got every claim to rebuild what I lost with like, kind & quality.
Emil, the project manager was also fantastic. He was responsive to my concerns throughout the year long process. The results came out beautiful in both quality of materials and workmanship. Lucy was a great part of the team too. She always addressed my many concerns and kept the communication open among everyone working on the project. This team at Tri Tech really came through in a year+ long complicated process.

I have not had the opportunity to write a review until today. Tri Tech completed 2 losses for me within the last 5 years. I must say both experiences have been amazing. The coordination team has communicated with me on all scheduling taking place. The crews have been very timely and hard working. Thank you Tri Tech For all your hard work. I hope to not have another loss, but if I do, I know who to call.

A few weeks ago, I suffered a water loss in my upstairs bathroom. I called my insurance company and they provided our information to Tri Tech Restoration. Tri Tech contacted me within 15 minutes of me filing my claim and was on site within 2 hours that day. They explained the entire process of the water loss to me. They set up equipment in my home and continuously communicated with me on scheduling and the next phase of the work. Tri Tech also had an estimator out to provide a repair estimate for my home. I have dealt with contractors in the past, and have had horrible experiences. I will definitely recommend Tri Tech to all my friends and family. Their professionalism, dedication, communication, and hard work has left me impressed.

My condo had flooding damage due to the neighbors plumbing problem on the third floor. Needless to say I was a mess. My hardwood damaged, mold, damage unrepairable so i thought. Tri-​Tech came in and they completed the job in 3 days. Ed was efficient and effective. My only concern was to get back to my daily life and tri tech did not dissapoint.
I hope i will not need to use their services again because that means a problem for me but if there is a problem then TRI TECH is the GO-​TO restoration company i would trust.
