TLC Organizing

I can’t believe it has taken me a YEAR to write this! Vickie is amazing. Plain and simple. I needed to move last year, but was not going to be available to do a lot of the packing and organizing as I was working out of town.
Vickie and I worked a few hours together getting ready for the move and I couldn’t believe how much we got done. She handled a few things while I was away and when I came back to finish it all up and drive away, she was there making the magic happen!
She helped me throw away things, donate things, sell things, took all the trash and recycling AND donation and handled it for me! This is by far the best money I’ve spent during that process. Her organizing skills and very «point a to b» way of doing things were just what I needed!
Above and beyond! Personality, professionalism and price! ALL GREAT!

Vickie is FANTASTIC! I am so glad I finally followed through on getting some professional help with my paper clutter and filing system. She has a great personality and is totally non-​judgmental. She just tells you what you need to get started (bag for trash, bag for shredding, post-​its, folders, labeler, etc) and off you go. She’s very efficient and I got my money’s worth for my initial two-​hour appointment. Her approach is very common sense and practical, and she’s a delight to be around. I look forward to my next appointment and highly recommend her services.

Vickie is outstanding! We have used her twice to assist us with organizing our garage. Vickie works quickly and she can get down and dirty! My husband runs his own handyman business and he had years of tools and projects scattered about. Vickie’s Dad was a carpenter and mechanic which gave her additional expertise when sorting my husband’s tools. I highly recommend using TLC/​Vickie for your organizing needs!

Vickie is AWESOME. I wish I had before and after pictures. Lets just say that we had an entire room that looked how my childhood closet and under the bed looked when I was told to «clean my room». A room that would probably qualify to be on the Hoarders show. And in less than 2 hours, everything was put away on a shelf, things were organized and easy to find, and trash was thrown away. I bought a living social coupon last December for TLC home organizing & didn’t get to use it until just two days ago. Turns out my coupon was expired! Luckily, Vickie Corrow (of TLC) was kind enough to honor the coupon & come spend two solid hours in my cozy, somewhat cluttered Valley Village apartment. You wouldn’t believe what she & I got done. When I thought I was at maximum capacity, Vickie showed me how easy it is to make space in my life for better things & that truly, I have so much more empty areas for the new & the GOOD than the old and useless. Is there an option for a 6^th star???

I first met Vickie while she was organizing an office I was temping at. I was able to see how she went about taking a very cramped space with so much clutter that it was virtually unbearable to look at not to mention impossible to find anything when you needed it. Within hours surfaces were once again visible, items clearly organized in appropriate bins, and labeled for easy access.
Needless to say I was sold. I called her recently and asked her to assess my tiny kitchen and closet. She came in, took a look around, and came back with a game plan I was able to maneuver around with my work schedule and family. I now have a kitchen that my 4 year old and 42 year old (husband) can appreciate and utilize without asking me where EVERYTHING is. My closet is a dream now too! I have over 30 pairs of shoes that were hiding under my bed, but now I can find everything I need when I’m trying to get out of the house for a night out with my husband. I love this woman, her professionalism, and her skills; this will not be the last time I have Vickie come in and help me get my life in order. I highly recommend her for any job business or residential this lady’s got it all.

I originally found Vickie on Unilocal,so it’s only right that I return the favor and write a review. She… is…a…SAINT! I recently received about 80 boxes in my small North Hollywood apartment from my mom who had moved from our house of 50 years. Naturally, it filled up my entire room and living room. I am extremely limited on time to try to tackle these boxes and if I do start, it is so overwhelming that I give up. So I called Vickie to see if she could help. She listened to my scenario and spoke with me about how she works, and what I could hope to accomplish. She explained that she works with the client to help make the space better, which I love. She came to my house the next day and I was so nervous to let her inside but she is completely non-​judgmental and we got right to work. First we walked around and discussed my ideas and how she thought things could be better arranged, and then we dove right in. We worked for 4 hours and got SO much accomplished!
While working we got to know each other and she is such a cool and nice and honest person, I’m very lucky to have found a woman like that in LA! I feel like she is someone I have known for years.
She made my apartment much easier and happier to come home to and I am so grateful for that. I can’t wait to have her over again to help with the rest of everything. And I mean everything, I will use her for it all! Kitchen, closet, living room, anything that can be organized. She even took 3 boxes of old clothes and donations with her when she left so that she could drop them off at a donation place for me. The next day, she emailed me with a whole bunch of storage ideas and thing that can help make my closet and cupboards more useful.
I am so happy to have found Vickie and her amazing services and can’t wait to call her to come help me again. Her prices are extremely reasonable for all the work she does and she works all hours, any day. She is the best!

I like Vickie, and I like her work. She’s a very non-​judgmental person as she goes around assessing situations and seeing how she can best help it out. I found her on Living Social, and was surprised that she worked the South Bay. She was easy to schedule with and around. She first organized my home office, then took on the gargantuan task of organizing my mother’s kitchen.
The home office was full – of clothes and papers. She hung all the clothes and abided by mu anal-​retentive color-​coded type-​of-​clothing closet structure. The other (winter) clothes, she bagged for later vacuum-​shrinking for under-​the-​bed ease. She went through the papers one by one and organized within my categories. She organizes WITH you, not separate from you.
At my Mom’s house, as I cleaned, she organized, understanding the need ahead-​of-​time and organizing in that fashion. We didn’t have all the necessities to make a clean «after» picture, but the before was significantly worse than before Vickie hit the spot.
Who knew having someone else come in to organize would actually get the job done? I’m three months still clean and organized from my home office, and Mom will be ready for Christmas. :)

Vicky organized my 10 year old son’s room, working with him to make sure he liked what she was doing. He told me that he loves what she did with his room, and I am impressed at how quickly and efficiently she did it. Vicky’s rates are also very reasonable compared to other organizers out there. She is professional and works hard.

organization should be vickie’s middle name! it’s hard to find a great and professional organizer you trust, but tlc organizing is those two things and more! they are extremely efficient, professional, and detail oriented. prices are also quite reasonable for all of the work they do. from a little clutter to unbearable clutter, tlc is who you should call!

Vickie is an awesome organizer. She has helped me make my office a well functioning and beautiful space. She really cares about the details and the arrangement of my items so that I can be most productive at work. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional organizer because she is a joy to be around and really gets things done.

WOW! I used TLC Organizing to help me get my personal home and my home business office in order, they are amazing. I was so out of my mind and over my head in clutter. I couldn’t find anything.
