I have been doing my taxes with Donald for 5 + years and never had an issue with my filing. As others reviewers stated, he does know his stuff, is very knowledgeable about everything related to property, salaries, credits, etc… Although he will do his best to get you the best refund he will never suggest something that may affect you in the long run just to get you more $ as I have experienced before… His demeanor is indeed very professional yet friendly.

He is a very friendly, professional, and down to earth person. He will communicate with you via email or over the phone (whatever your preference is) and he is very quick with the emails.
Once you are in his office, you are in and out. However, you just want to stay longer and talk to him because of his awesome demeanor.
His prices are very reasonable and affordable!
