Great service! I was so happy to have him come out. Showed up on time. Was very sweet and very professional. My carpets look brand new again. He even cleaned my tile floor which has never looked better. He also can shampoo sofas. That’s next! I would recommend this company to my friends and family!

DISHONEST. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
I purchased an Amazon voucher for three areas (up to 600 feet total) for $ 49.00 (a $ 150 value, according to the deal). I let the promotional value of the deal voucher expire, but it says right on the voucher that the PAID VALUE DOES NOT EXPIRE. When I called to schedule service, informing them I had $ 49 in credit toward cleaning just one room that needed cleaning, they refused to honor the paid value of $ 49.
After telling them I’d inform Amazon for not honoring the paid value, they finally agreed to honor it if I paid the difference. I asked what they would normally charge for a 250 square foot room, but they refused to quote a price over the phone. They said they’d come to the house and we’d figure it out then.
This morning they came over and said that one room would be $ 150 minimum, and so I’d owe them another $ 100. I pointed out to them that they currently have a deal right here on Unilocal which says «Mention Unilocal: 4 rooms $ 99.95» and asked how four rooms could be $ 99 but one room would be $ 150? They responded «We don’t work with Unilocal no more.»
I told them to leave. I do not work with dishonest people.

This place is AWFUL!!! I purchased a voucher off of Amazon for a Carpet Cleaning Service with SD. The deal said for $ 49 they would clean 3 areas up to 600 Square feet Total. Great deal right? Well I bought the voucher and was excited to call them up to set up an appointment. When I called I was greeted by the rudest man ever. Not only did he say they wouldn’t honor my voucher, he yelled at me to get my money back from Amazon because it was a bunch of «propaganda.» Talk about false advertising. If SD Carpet Cleaning was trying to promote their business, they definitely aren’t going about it the right way. What a rip off!

Why did I give SD Carpet Cleaning 5 stars? Because Unilocal won’t let me give them 6 stars!
The owner Dimas is an honest, hardworking, stand up class act. He has cleaned the carpets/tiles in my five office buildings for the past 6 years on a quarterly basis. Upon completion of cleaning the floors look good as new.
I’ve searched around and can not find anyone comparable in work, customer service or price.
