My usual robeks spot, but today was crap– in terms of customer service.
The guy in wearing the #gms hat shouldn’t be working here. Or shouldn’t be working anywhere if he has that kind of attitude. A simple hello goes a long way.
Nothing wrong with the smoothies or drinks here. Just the staff. Just that guy.

Best place ever. Know long lines. Really fast service and helpful workers. The store is small located in a big plaza. Really hard to find parking. I always get the green mixed drinks or a pineapple with coco

Walked in and asked Megan which one of their smoothies is made with ALL fruit and she replied «you can have any one of our smoothies made with all fruit.» Placed an order for a hummingbird smoothie to be maid with all fruit and they end up making it with fruit juice. Asked Megan what the deal was and she replied «an all fruit smoothie isn’t made with all fruit but rather it just means there’s no yogurt in it.» MIND BLOWN AS TO WHAT JUST HAPPENED

Super friendly faces and fast service! I wasn’t disappointed with my Evergreen drink this morning. Normally at other locations, it gets pretty foamy and I feel like I don’t get enough juice. But this place, the juice was nicely blended with good flavor and no foam!

Tell me why I am being charged when it’s not even the amount I paid for? The Asian man in the front was horrible I don’t know how he was even hired ! He is a moron. Didn’t know the menu or how to take orders. I simply asked for a blended evergreen, explain to me now it’s still juicy instead of ice blended. I would not recommend this place. Before my turn the Asian man was so rude to the customer ahead of me that she just left. How rude can someone be! Besides the unprofessional work behavior it was also disgusting in there. Dust everywhere, how is this business even open!

Wow by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Robeks. I’ve actually come to this location before but today was so bizarre. I stopped by because I received a free small smoothie for my bday and happened to be in the area.
I didn’t realize how busy it got there on a Monday afternoon (but realized after the fact that there’s a high school nearby). There was quite a line when I got there, clearly they needed an extra person working because they were short staffed.
An older man was at the register and he was a hot mess. I told him I had received the free small drink for my birthday and I showed it to him on my phone via the app. He asked if I could check in– huh? I’ve never checked in before so I was confused, I thought he meant Unilocal.He told me to check in on the app and it would give me a 3 digit code, which I gave him. And then he asked what I wanted, I told him the Fitness recovery smoothie and he said that I could only get a smoothie worth $ 4.99 (the Fit Recovery was worth 5.99). I didn’t bring my wallet with me and left it in the car because I assumed the free smoothie meant FREE SMOOTHIE. It didn’t say anything about the dollar minimum. You would think this man would just honor it since it doesn’t say anything about it in the fine print and just based on principle.
So then I asked him if he had any suggestions for smoothies with protein (I just finished a hike and that’s why I asked for the Fitness Recovery) and for the price of $ 4.99 and he just waved his hand up at the menu above his head as if that was helpful. There was a long line behind me and I didn’t want to be that annoying person who had to figure out what they wanted so I just told him to forget it and I left.
Very poor customer service– it left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location. They need to work on hiring better staff asap.

Walked in to buy a juice with 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. They greeted us kind of rudely and asked if we were there to buy juice. We told them we were and they told us they already broke down the juicer and cleaned it for the night. I know we didn’t get there with a ton of time to spare, but aren’t you supposed to do that *after* the store closes so you can make sales until closing time? They lost 2 juice sales because of it.

The staff stares at you when you walk in. No smiles on their faces. Justine was wearing a dingy jacket with multiple holes and dirt ringed cuffs. I will not be returning to this location. Sanitation is poor.

Just leaving a little review on the awesome customer service I just received by Justine. I work in customer service as well in the kind of field (drink prep) and its nice to see a refreshing attitude this early in the morning. Just had to mention it. Everyone deserves to know when they’re doing a good job. Keep it up Justine.

I was feeling that feeling that seasonal pumpkin smoothie. So I headed over to the closet Robek’s, however, it’s only available at the Toluca Lake location. ArrggghhH… the split banana bowl sounded comforting. I went with it. Loved it!
Also, I opened the Robek’s App on my iPhone and they gave me $ 3-​bucks off my total. So instead of $ 6.70 the bill was $ 3.70. Well, that was pretty nice of them. Merry Christmas!

Love Robecks. I prefer them than Jamba Juice. The staff are attentive and there are pretty fast

Absolutely worst location! The franchise should be ashamed of this location. Some of the staff is lazy and just have a dull face when they have to «work». They wouldn’t modify my drink for me either because «there is no button on the register to ring it up.» How ridiculous. I will gladly continue going to Jamba Juice or Robeks in Toluca Lake. Definitely wont be returning here.

This was the best tasting juice I’ve ever had. Better than Jamba Juice, and all other places that use regular white sugar to make their juices sweeter. This place uses all natural ingredients, and fresh fruits to make a great tasting juice. I ordered the Paradise Cove, and it was definitely paradise in a cup. Good sizing and great prices. The only thing I didn’t like was the staff, they were unfriendly for a first-​timer and could have been more welcoming. Besides that, the juice was great and I will definitely come back here to try more products.

I usually enjoy going to Robeks. They have some great smoothies that have good flavor and are nice and thick.
I came here recently and tried their «Berry Brilliance» which has blueberries, bananas and raspberries. In my opinion, there was nothing «brilliant» about this smoothie. It was dull and lacked any good flavor. It was like drinking liquified chalk which i didn’t understand with all the fruit this thing incorporates.
The service at the store was fast and friendly, and is saving it from me giving this place a 2 star or lower.
Go get your smoothie criminal on!

In and out for lunch and no delay. The two guys there did a great job and had our smoothies out in a few minutes. I’ve been to other locations that took longer.
I really like the peach smoothy. After the spicy Asian beef bowl at TAP next door, I needed something to put out the fire! It was the peach that did it. I like this because it makes a nice end to a good lunch.

Wailea watermelon was yummy. It’s similar to Jamba Juice. The smoothie was refreshing, felt light and healthy.

I always love these healthy food places.

Tropi-​Kale was yummy!

Robek’s is the new and healthy way of life. I recommend everybody to start juicing.
The top juice is fall harvest it’s perfect for new starters it has everything you need and it’s tastes great!

Robeks reminds me of Jamba Juice as far as concept goes but the menus are far more robust at Robeks to the point where I felt like it was too much for me to decide what I wanted to order. Part of the problem was everything was scattered throughout the place and the menu was too cluttered to read. The menu on their website is far easier on the eyes to read than what I saw at the store.
I finally decided to try their Malibu Peach. I liked the fact that it wasn’t overly sweet and had just the right consistency. It definitely helped to quench my thirst on such a warm day.
Flavors were fine but I didn’t taste peach as much as I would have liked.
Overall Thoughts
Definitely can give Jamba Juice a run for its money

I had what I think was one of the plain smoothies, but it was way too sweet! I wish I could remember the name of it now. There was a pretty large variety to choose from – pretty much like a Jamba Juice.
I also had a wheat grass shot here, which I like, but I know a lot of people can’t stomach it.
