This place is a complete rip off. STAY AWAY. I had to print out 6 legal size color copies. He had me put my flash drive to open up 2 PSD files. He charged $ 3.00 for computer service. He did not tell me before hand there would be a charge. Copies were $ 1 a piece. $ 10 for 6 copies. Worst Experience Ever. Many other places in Burbank are fair. Go there.

I want to thank the owner and the people who work here for being so great to me. I’ve had a mailbox with Pak and Ship since 2012. Sometimes, I will get a package that I absolutely need. However, there are times when I can’t make it by the end of the day. The Owner (forgot his name, sorry) makes the effort of trying to fit my package in my mailbox and leaves the slip so I can sign it when I arrive later in the evening. Today, he actually took my item out of the box so he could fit it in. I can’t say how much I appreciate these people and I highly recommend them for any type of service.

Just came in to get a live scan because other place down the street was too slow. The people here do not have a sense of humor. It’s all business. Just get here so what you have to do and get going. It was a fast service and efficient. Bit of an attitude but got it done

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE (and expensive too).
I went in today with my two children (we were the only people in there) to have a six page document scanned. She walked over to scan it and the phone rang. She proceeded to have a TEN MINUTE conversation on the phone holding my documents the whole time. I’m not exaggerating — TEN MINUTES! Apparently multi-​tasking in not her thing. I kept looking at the clock, telling my children to be patient, etc. And nothing, it was as if we were not even there at all. It wasn’t until I interrupted her conversation and politely asked «how much longer is this going to take?» that she started the scanning process” (while still on the phone). Woah, she can multitask after all! Who knew?! She finally hung up the phone and didn’t even apologize for the wait or for being so unbelievably rude!
Then she charged me $ 5 and change and as she handed me my receipt actually uttered a very lazy «sorry about that» without even making eye contact! She wasn’t even trying to ACT sincere.
Don’t go here, even in a pinch.

Worst customer service ever! They give me another person’s mail ALL the time. Even though it has their Box # on the mail. They say it’s because we have the same first name. That is not an accuse! I get several pieces of their mail a week. We pay for you to put the mail in our box. Not hard to do!
Plus San Fernando Road is closed permanently and this happened 2 weeks after I paid for one year service. I asked the owner if he would be willing to give me any money back cause my 3 minute each way turned into 15 – 20 minutes each way. And now it is no longer convenient for me and I need a closer mail box. He refused! He wouldn’t even budge. I understand it isn’t his fault but that’s bad business. He can rent my box out to someone else and make double the money and was unwilling to even try to accommodate me. Now I will keep the box for useless mail just so he can’t rent it out to someone else.

Horrible place; do not reccommend! The owner misled me to believe that using his computer was free then he charged me $ 6!!! I could have not paid, but didn’t want to deal with the hastle. High prices, TERRIBLE service!

These people are sheer cheaters… they will rob you, mislead you and what not… This has happened with me twice that they gave me wrong information just for sake of few bucks… just to give e.g. For a USPS express mail which normally costs $ 20 they added almost 65% service charge??? didn’t even to care to tell me WOW … AVOID this place… even if you have to stand in line of notary/​USPS for hours but simply AVOID these people… This is my first review .I had to do this. n tell you all. after getting cheated twice…
