I have never felt more cared for than I do by this office and Dr. Marsh and Dr. Hernandez. While on vacation I needed antibiotics called in to the nearest pharmacy. It was ready for me by the time I got there. I know I am in excellent hands at this office and would recommend both doctors to anyone who needs an internist!

Me and my wife have have been patients of Dr Marsh for a few years. The man is amazing he is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable when you deal with him. I would highly recommend him to anybody that’s looking for a new doctor.

My husband and I have been with Dr. Marsh for 20 Years!!! Always available and on TOP of our health. Any Dr. who has a very successful practice cares about his patients. We went through 11 IVF’s and he was always there for us with any and all questions. I know he is always a phone call away. Being a Dr. is a very stressful profession. Tell me a Dr or surgeon or even an ER Dr that does not misdiagnose. Because of our insurance companies our Dr. s hands are tied. When you find a good Dr. like Dr. Marsh you HOLD on to him and are thankful daily… Thank you Dr. Marsh for keeping my family healthy and living a happy life.

Dr marsh is a life saver! We are part of his concierge group. Worth every penny! Trust my whole family to him!

I’m such a fan of Dr. Marsh — so knowledgeable and his staff is also top-​notch. He’s busy so make sure to make an appointment. I’ve never had any scheduling issues. Nicely run office and great service.

The main problem with Dr. Marsh is how they quadruple book each time slot available. There will be 4 people with appointments at 2:15pm. There is literally a printed sign that says, «Dr. Marsh is running late» that sits on the front desk. This is because he is always running a few HOURS behind! If you want to sit in the lobby for hours, staring at the fishtank and watching HGTV — he’s the dr. for you. You also need to be very proactive with him. He misdiagnosed me before — do your homework!

This is long overdue, and I would be remiss if I didn’t leave this brilliant doctor an evaluation for all he has done for me and my family. I have been treated by Dr. Marsh for 20 years. During this time he has treated all my children, my mother, sister, dozens of my colleagues from C-​level executives to temps as well as my husband. Many people that are fortunate enough to call him their primary doctor may not be aware of his pedigree, talent and expertise around diagnosing and treating illnesses. Some reading this will have been literally saved by him, and to them I make the challenge of sharing their story.
As extraverted as he is, he is not a self-​promoter and while he is an exceptional professional in every way, (often speaking to groups etc.), he remains humble about his own accomplishments. He is uniquely positioned in Burbank to treat young adults to older, geriatric patients and many of us within the entertainment business. Always disarming people with a joke, while truly seeking to put them at ease to ask probing questions that will help him identify their health baseline, he is thorough. There is method to his madness! He is patient and sympathetic and very empathetic. He cares about his clients in an old-​school way, often knowing their families by name, what they do for a living, the level of their activity and other health-​related information. One could easily mistake his friendliness for idle chatter, but it has a purpose. An intuitive doctor with powerful instincts, he can sense issues before they manifest symptoms. When that happens, and I am always surprised by his consistent medicinal prowess, he will simply say, «Yea, I know/​have read a little bit about that!»
They key for me is that other doctors pick up the phone for him, would fall on a sword for him, and my association has lead me to be treated by some of the most respected doctors/​specialists/​surgeons in the world (who, incidentally, always praise Dr. Marsh). He is collaborative, intelligent and will go the extra mile to ensure you are well taken care of. He is a fierce advocate for his patients. Truth be told if everyone that he has ever saved wrote a review online on his behalf, there wouldn’t be enough room for the love to be received. Yes, there may be a wait (make early appointments) but that’s only because he is giving each person his full attention, taking the time to learn more about them, and to share a little about himself; he creates lasting, generational relationships. If he is rushed, then he is dealing with someone that needs his immediate attention. Would you not want that if it were you in need? And I feel compelled to speak to the, «money hungry,» comments because that has never been motivation for him. He’d put out the shingle for free if he could (and he often does charity) but there are costs associated with having the perks of being a one-​stop shop, for the convenience he offers us. My only regret is that it took me so long to recognize him publically after all he has done for me personally. Dr. Michal Marsh is extraordinary, both as a man of integrity and a skillful GP.

So I would know I could read or change my other appointments. Clean office and I was helped. All three recent visits were very helpful. Good job!

Dr. Marsh is simply the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. Not only that, he’s referred me to the best specialists I’ve ever had. I feel like Dr. Marsh really cares about me. He listens to me, he never makes me feel like he’s too busy to swap anecdotes and most importantly for a Doctor/​Patient relationship, he solves my problems! His office is a busy one, but I like the electronic check-​in system and the personalized test-​results phone number you get when you have tests performed. You just call a special number, punch in a code and boom: there’s Doctor Marsh himself telling you your results and next steps. So cool for a busy person. Dr. Marsh quite literally saved my life and I’d recommend him to anyone in need of a great general practitioner.

I’ve been with Dr. Marsh now for a while and I’m now switching to another doctor. Hes a great guy dont get me wrong but. but heres my story… I had a hernia and he wanted to check to see if there was any other type of hernia well. without even asking me he invited a female doctor who was studying to come in and watch him give me the cough test. He should have have came in on his own and asked first but brought them in and asked me in FRONT of them and put me in a double award situation… also had come in for another check up and the doctor leaned over me with a instrument he was going to use to check me for hemorrhoids and said. this is what I have stick in you while KY jelly is dripping off of it… funny guy but that’s not the time to play jokes. I came in to his office with a ringing in my ear and got 2 different opinions from him and another doctor in his practice (Hernandez) who spent the same amount of time as doctor Marsh did to diagnose me… No blood work no MRI or anything. hes just good at prescribing pills… another issue I have with that office is once he spends that 5 mins with you he is quick to rush you to his Pill mill in the office to get you to buy his pills from his pharmacy (how that’s legal I dont know). They dont tell you that you have an option. it was only after I said something that they said Oh yeah we can call you pharmacy. but the doctor walks you there and rushes you in and out so you buy his stuff… Office is always packed and for some reason he limits his hours everyday and is hardly there so he rushes everyone through… I know he reads these cause he was talking about it to another Doctor (student doctor) that was in the room when he did the last diagnosis. they are still finding a way to get money out of me even though Im switching to another doctor. they are charging 30 bucks for the first 30 pages and 50 cents each addition page… check for other doctors in your network… almost forgot. after he gave me steroids for my ear, I had major headaches and I called his office to make sure I could take an advil or something with what he prescribed me it says on the bod «call doctor before taking any over the counter medications… So I called him and it took 4 days and 2 phone calls to get him to call me back… meanwhile Im pain this whole time. I had only asked to take advil but he wanted to of course prescribe Norco instead of just telling me if I can take advil or not… he wanted to make money off the phone call instead of just saying yes or no to advil… he never called me he had an office lady call. also his billing department never calls back and is never there… it took me 6 months to get someone on the phone to pay a 17 dollar bill…

Dr Marsh has been my primary physician for more than twenty years. While he has a busy practice, I’ve never had a problem seeing him when needed. He puts his patients at ease and pretty much knows what you’ll need if you see him on a regular basis, which is what I do. Several years ago, my wife was diagnosed with stage 2 bladder cancer. We credit Dr Marsh with his preliminary exam and referral to Dr Polse (urologist) for the treatment that led to her complete recovery.

Funny after reading all the negative post about how dr marsh is in it for the money just the other day the nurse walks in asking dr marsh what to charge a patient and he says they don’t have any money just charge them what they can afford being a child of a doctor from a small country town in Oklahoma I haven’t seen that since my dad’s practice for all you haters out there find another doctor I’ve seen many doctors here in California and by far Dr. marsh puts them all to Shame!!!

Dr. Marsh is good but his office is remarkably frustrating. I have been twice in the last four months and both times my wait was over 40 minutes. When I ask the staff for an estimate of my wait, they have no idea and no way to find out.
There are no Saturday hours and getting in touch with a doctor after hours is also much harder than it should be.

Great doctor. Ive been coming here for 4 years now. I can see why people wait long and keep coming back. He is very thorough and attentive. Marsh really cares for his patients.
I love how how this office has everything! — in house labs, xray, sleep study, physical therapy, etc. Makes everything so convenient and you dont have to waste gas traveling to do certain tests somewhere else. This is your one stop shop!
I also had xrays done and the xray dept. was very quick and efficient. The tech made me feel comfortable and was very pleasant.
I can say I’ve finally found a place where I’m happy with staff and doctor. Patient care here is great!

Never had a problem with seeing him in the morning. Always super attentive and really friendly. If I can’t see him I see Sarang who’s just as good. Referred my whole family who all pretty much go here now. At least the wait is worth it for this doctor lol fuggit yolo

Dr. Marsh is the best! I’ve been seeing him for over 10 years and have referred many friends to him.
One of the things I like about his practice is that every time I return there’s always newer technology. Most doctors I’ve visited seem to be trapped in their old ways and don’t keep up with the newest tools and techniques.

Well, I guess there is a reason he is so damn popular. Charismatic and smart. Remembers everything about me. Medicine today feels like a conveyor belt and it is a sigh of relief that there is a doctor I can actually talk to!
Also love that everything is in house. Hate trudging some place else to get an x-​ray or lab test. They sometimes offer me another doc if Marsh is busy, but no way. Doc for life.

I’ve been to Dr. Marsh twice. Once to get a prescription for a drug to treat a symptom I don’t want to talk about on Unilocal,once to get it refilled.
What Dr. Marsh didn’t notice was that I was coming in the second time to get a refill almost a year and a half after my first bottle ran out. The reason is I only took the pill for a few days and then quit, then restarted over a year later. Dr. Marsh not only did not ask about this but did not even ask how I was doing on the drug, was it helping me, and did I have any questions.
He has a very friendly, easy going manner about him that masks the fact that he does not give a damn about his patients. He will wink, squeeze your knee, tell you he loves hanging out with you, and be gone before you’ve had time to even ask, «Am I doing ok?» because he certainly isn’t going to ask you.
This is a guy who should be selling cars, not prescribing medicine.

I have a lot of admiration for Dr. Marsh, and let me tell you, I’m very hard on doctors because I have a medical background and know my body — and what goes wrong with it – extremely well.
I have very serious sinus infections on a regular basis, which has been plaguing me literally since I was 9 years old. I’m allergic to penicillin and drugs that are too closely related to it. Several doctors have opined that what’s wrong is a cyst within my sinuses that retains bacteria, in this case strep. I’m usually seeing Dr Marsh with strep throat, completely infected sinuses and ears, running a fever and so seriously ill I’m in need of hospital care.
He fully understands that I have no insurance, I’m a cash-​pay patient with VERY limited financial resources (money borrowed from friends and relatives, because I have other medical issues making it extremely difficult to hold down a job). This kind, thoughtful, THOROUGH doctor has made it affordable for me to see him when I am ill. He has *never* strayed in his attention to me during an office visit; the only reason he gets on his cell phone while I’m with him is to check prices between Target and the clinic’s own dispensary, to see which of those will cost me less money.
He has been masterful at balancing antibiotics to try and cure my sinus infection each time, which is no easy feat considering this strep tends to be highly Cipro resistant, sometimes Z-​Pack resistant. While there have been several times when I know he’s wanted to hospitalize me to receive IV antibiotics, he realizes I would have to try and go to county — which is where I’ll go should I this ever complicate into bacterial meningitis again.
He’s also been generous enough to see me the same day, or to call a prescription in to the pharmacy or dispensary if I don’t have money to see him in person. He’s always the consummate professional, never taking up my time with talk of anything but my medical issues, and he’s undoubtedly the most warm, caring doctor I’ve ever had. He does not hassle me about my obesity. He treats me with respect.
The only drawbacks are, yes, this is an EXTREMELY busy practice and you do have to wait to see him, sometimes for an hour or more between waiting in the waiting room and waiting in the exam room. And I have to agree with those who’ve said it takes a VERY long time to get test results back — a wait that I cannot abide by, because that can mean unnecessary delays in treatment. However, I will say I’ve yet to find any doctor here in SoCal who doesn’t have these same issues, regardless of the size of their practice.
Dr. Marsh has gone above and beyond the call for me too many times to count, so I’ll stick with him. He’s still one of the best internal medicine practitioners in the San Fernando Valley. At least, he’s certainly been so for me.
