I have been seen Dr. Plotkin for a few years now and I highly recommend him, he takes the time to listen to your concerns and to explain everything in plain simple English so you’ll understand your problem, very professional. His nurse and the girls at the front desk are all great and professional as well, they make you feel welcome.

You guys are awesome. Girls in front desk so nice. Great Dr great staff and we can’t forget drs Plotkin assistants she’s a sweetheart. Thanks for the wonderful experience. I owe you guys some donuts or cookies thanks again. Sally your awesome.

Doc is nice and thorough but the staff can be very rude. Sally at the Burbank office has a real mouth on her and she needs to check her little latina attiutude at the front door when she comes into work. I spoke to someone two weeks ago about paperwork that was supposed to get submitted by the doctor on my behalf. She had me send it to
. I called yesterday and today to get this resolved because I have stopped recieveing my benefits. Im not working and NEED this money and because of their lack of action, I’ve stopped receiving money. Nobody at the office seems to know that email address or why it was given to me. I’m out $ 422 now because they didnt do their job and follow through for their patient. Talked to the Doc and he made me feel like I did something wrong. He said that he didn’t know who gave me that address and I didn’t know her name and that he can’t help me with anything in the past… he can only help me moving forward… I don’t know, feels like nobody wants to accept responsibilty or be accountable. Not qualities I’d expect from a Dr.‘s office.

I’m a distance runner, and have had many problems with my feet over the years. Moving to LA a year ago was made far easier after finding Dr Plotkin. Great to talk to about any issue I’ve had so far, large or small, and is great about getting me back running ASAP.

I have been a patient of Dr Plotkin since 2009. Sadly, I have a lot of problems with my feet. You name it, I have the problem. I have had 4 surgeries with Dr Plotkin. He is very knowledgable, patient and caring. He takes his time with his patients and makes sure he answers all of your questions. I would highly recommend him. His staff and nurses are super nice and friendly too. The only negative thing is have to say is that I hate the parking structure at his medical complex but that of course, is not his fault.

But Dr Plotkin is terrific. I could not recommend him more.
Thoughtful, thorough and very patient.
