JK Taekwondo is strives to be more than just a martial arts school. We focuses on discipline and physical fitness as well as teaching the knowledge and understanding of Korean martial arts. Indeed, the facility teaches young children discipline, respect, goal setting and adults techniques for fending off attackers and mental stress reliever. But it also sustains a family-​oriented community, and an environment in which students of any age can reach their fullest potential. At JK taekwondo, Master Daniel has surrounded himself with an equally talented staff. Together, they shape students during kids’ classes and adult classes.

History

Established in 1992.

Grand Master Jin Ki Lim is currently an 8^th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, 6^th degree Black belt in Hap Ki Do. In April 1992, he opened his first JK Tae Kwon Do branch in the City of Burbank. As time passed by, JK Tae Kwon Do has branched out into 3 other We are currently located in Burbank, Glendale, Reseda, and Bakersfield.
