The lady who was doing my nails was doing a great job, however as soon as it got packed she begin to work really quick and forgot that i had asked for gel. She apologized for forgetting but then moved me with a different lady to do it because she had to start with a different client. It was really rude and unprofessional will not be coming back due to that.

Love coming here I always leave very happy, haven’t been disappointed at all for the past 2 years

Can’t emphasize enough how much I love Niki’s job. She is very patient and she does great job shaping my nails the way I love. I would highly recommend her!

Okay– I’m back to this place being awesome. I go pretty frequently without any appearance of the demon of his mother.
Maybe we were all just having an off day.

The woman who did my nails was rude and rushed and kept hounding about the callus remover. I got a gel mani and spa pedi that took 2+ hours. Dirty towels piling up around the place and no care about cleanliness or comfort since my spa pedi water was ice cold.
My gel is already chipping and I can still see my nails from under my toe polish– it’s been 24 hours. Apparently if I told the male cashier that I didn’t like the service I would have received 10% off– HA! Definitely not worth my time and I will never be going back

This place was awful. I went in for acrylics, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax and they did it all in the chair in front of everyone. Then they kept asking, very loudly, if I want the rest of my face waxed and my calluses removed. They were unprofessional and had no regard for privacy. I will never come back here again.

ROSE. Book your appointment with ROSE! She’s the best, I always feel nervous to try new nail places because I have my go to and prior to rose I had got such a bad nail form job. Like hideous, My friend told be about SNS It looked super natural and I loved her nails so that’s why I tried Inail & Spa
Rose gently took off my acrylic horrible free form and was super gentle. I’m a hairdresser so my nails are always in water and fragile. Rose cut down my nail to make them look healthy yet still left some length.
SNS can be Matte or Gloss. I love it, it’s better than gel better than acrylic it’s the best!
Ask for Rose.

Everyone here does such a great job! I got a mani pedi with Vivian. She made my nails perfect length and shape without me really having to say anything. The gel application was perfect too. I didn’t know exactly what color I wanted so she helped me choose a color and gave me good recommendations. Rose did my friends pink and white acrylic French tips, and they came out amazing! Thanks inails! See you next time.

Awful. It’s 10:30 and my appointment was at 10. I’m sitting in the spa chair to get a pedicure. The water is cold and no one has remotely come over and help me or acknowledged that I’m waiting. I came with my mom for her birthday. Thankfully she is almost done with her pedicure but once she is done I will be walking out. So much for making an appointment. Never will come back to this place.
They finally came over to me at 10:30 and said someone will be right with you. I said nope I’m done not waiting any longer. They jumped and all of a sudden someone was able to do it that min. But there was a girl in the back who now is setting up for a walk in pedicure right now. But mine couldn’t get done! Very horrible.
Very crappy and will not be coming back here ever. Only got 1 star because I had to! They don’t deserve even that! They should be ashamed by their service. Don’t take my appointment if you can’t fill it.

So happy I found this place. Have been going to overpriced nail salons all over BURBANK and Toluca Lake. This place is awesome. Clean, fresh and the nail techs are very nice. I’m a picky person but they take the time to listen and my complains when I hurt as I have sensitive nails. They don’t yell in their language which is nice. Since we all know other places talk smack when you complain. Very affordable. Definitely coming back. Thank you iNails for the awesome gel job.

Why did I wait so long before having my feet done for me? This place is the best. So clean. No overwhelming chemical odors. Dianne was super nice. Everyone in there was great. They all knew it was my first time & some joked with me about it. Definitely not the last time I’m coming here.

They accept tips in cash only, so if you are planning to tip, please bring cash with you. They seem to have an ATM inside the business, but I don’t know about using it… I am all about tipping for great services, but they sure make it difficult to tip.
The guy who answered my phone call (to see if they were completely swamped) was not the warmest friendliest person, but I went in anyways (because all of my nails were broken/​overly grown/​uneven/​gross).
I got my mani/​pedi done (with a special callous removing treatment for an extra fee). My nails do look better now, but I also have several nicks and cuts that are actually painful. I actually bled a bit, but nobody said anything. I didn’t get «Oh I am sorry. Are you OK?» or nothing. The guy who did my mani kept wiping blood off of the towel he was using and pouring rubbing alcohol over my freshly cut fingers, which stung like crazy.
Maybe they were having an off day; in any event, I did not enjoy all the cuts in my fingers/​toes.

VICKY IS AMAZING.
I have been going to Inails religiously for about 2 years now because of a nail tech named Vicky. I solely go in for a coffin shaped acrylic with burgundy gel polish basically once ever month and a half because I don’t mind regrowth if the polish doesnt chip or get dull (which it never does). I have barely changed my style and even when I have Vicky has perfected it every time. She will never rush through and takes time with detail which is very important with nails and acrylics specifically. I have had a nail tech sub in for Vicky (her name is Nicki) and she did a pretty good job as well and I was definitely satisfied but Vicki is the absolute best. I work in retail and when I am dealing with taking or handing back money, receipts, cards, etc. I am constantly complimented and asked about my nails and have referred so many friends, family, and customers to Inails for Vicky and today I am sharing this secret with Unilocal.
*Make sure you call in an appointment, tiny salon that gets packed fairly fast.
*Parking is a bit cramped but I always find a spot, you can always park at Ralphs across the street or CVS plaza next to it.
*Cards are accepted as payment for services but ONLY CASH TIPS, they have an ATM inside but i believe there is a service charge.
*Be extremely detailed with your nail tech and get Vicky if you can (as I stated before she’s the real win here).
*Pricing is decent I pay around 45 for a full set of acrylic with gel.
*I have gotten pedicures here before and they aren’t to die for but if it’s a last minute emergency, it’s doable.

I got my nails done at this place recently when I was on vacation in LA. I usually do my own nails but since I was on vacation I decided to get a gel manicure. Might as well pay more so it will last longer. I was very happy with it! First off, they have a huge selection of gel nail polishes. I didn’t catch the name of the brand they use, but it looked like they had two types. My technician did a very thorough job and after two weeks there still were no chips! I asked for a flower on both ring fingers and she designed one for me.
My one complaint is that the chemical smell of the salon was very strong. Maybe it had something to do with the AC blasting due to the extreme heat outside on the day I was there.

My mani looked terrible and I hated it. Kept mentioning it to the manicurist but she was really doing her best so I just let it be. Later on went home and my sister asked me if I did «my own nails in a hurry!» That’s how bad they looked. Uneven polish, cuticles not cleaned properly, just horrible.
So the next morning I went in to give them a chance to fix it. I nicely asked and the owner said they «can’t take me. They are busy and to come back at another time!» When I said I can’t come back and asked if they could just touch Up the polish he replied «not now, We are busy. What do you want me to do?»
Are you serious??? They didn’t even make an attempt to simply reapply the polish or at least say sorry. I paid 40 dollars and this is what my nails look like 15 hours after I got them done!

Are you picky about your nails? So am I. Listen up.
The pedicure artist cut my toe! When I said «ouch» he made an excuse (instead of apologizing) and did NOT apply any kind of disinfectant to treat the wound.
The manicure artist insisted throughout my experience that I get my eyebrows waxed. I politely declined in excess of THREE times. Enough. I get it. I’m not interested in extra services.
I brought in a picture of the nails I wanted. The manicurist did a very thorough job with cuticles and prepping. The actual manicure wasn’t exactly what I wanted but it was pretty darn close and ultimately I am happy with it.
Pedicure, cut toe aside, looks great. The nail art was worth the extra money. $ 38 for spa style mani/​pedi with art on toes complete with gems.
I got an overwhelming sense that the staff was talking crap about the clients in a big way. Lots of mocking, laughing and stares at certain customers. which speaks volumes no matter which language you speak! Not cool.
All in all. They get a 5 for thoroughness, 2 for politeness, 2 for safety, 3.5 for paint job and 5 for nail art. If you are into nails this will mean something to you.
Most salons ask you to pay BEFORE they complete the manicure so that you do not mess up your nails! This salon missed the memo. I was NOT even offered a fan or UV light to help my new mani dry and set and then had the task of fishing out cash with newly setting nails!
The same went for my pedi. I had to flag down someone (even though I was the ONLY person in the salon) to help me with my shoes. Which she did. I feel I shouldn’t have to even ask. That is common practice.
I do not plan to return.
I came in after seeing my friend’s acryllics that looked out of control awesome. She also came in for her wedding nails which also looked great and she is also picky. Maybe I came in on a bad day?! Hopefully my toe will stay healthy. eeek.

Been to this place twice now. I usually wait at least two times before I review a place.
My regular nail shop is in Studio City, although I live in Burbank. I rather not make the drive, and decided this will be my go to spot for a quick mani/​pedi.
Descent place. Technicians are cool. They get the job done. $ 28 for mani/​pedi and a great leg/​foot massage. Plenty of lot parking. Great choice of nail polish colors. Can’t complain.
