Geek to the Rescue

Geek to the Rescue is exactly as advertised. He exorcised the demons from my computer and helped configure my smart tv and Netflix accounts. Steve is very patient and extremely knowledgeable. He provides excellent service at a good price. My computer is running great & I am very happy with Steve’s work.

We have been using Geek to the Rescue since 2007. Our only regret is that we did not start using this company 2 years prior when we first found out about them. We are in the health care industry and when our medical software crashes it is nearly impossible to run a business. Steve, the owner, has always taken care of us, whether it be in a time of crisis or just routine maintenance, we can always count on him. He is very knowledgeable and more than fair with his time and pricing. He never books his appointments so close together that he cannot finish your job. You can always count on him being there when he says he will be there. He can help with any electronic problem you may have from the most complicated software, to kid’s games like WII and Xbox, to setting up a copy machine. He is very patient and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. We have multiple computers and if there is a problem with more than one, he works on them at the same time, therefore, not charging us double the price. We have used many other companies in the past, but none of them begin to come close to having the knowledge or professionalism of Geek to the Rescue. Do not think twice about using this company!!!

We have been customers of Geek to the Rescue for the past six years. Steve, the owner, is a true professional. He is reliable, punctual, affordable, and has a quick response time. He works quickly and multi tasks. While he is downloading, he is also giving me information on the care of my computer, and teaching me how to use the numerous features available. Most importantly, he showed me how to load pictures and e-​mail them, as well as setting up skype and camera so I could communicate with my grandchildren who live out of state. He is positive and takes the effort to know his customers, thereby providing the very best service to them. I no longer fear computer issues — I call Geek to the Rescue!

Geek To The Rescue is a tremendously Professional as well as a very Friendly service. Steve –unlike many other service providers lately– does care about making sure the customer is satisfied and he does seem to enjoy what he does.
I had to completely re-​set my new laptop and he did all the work in about 2.75 hours. I was billed for only 2.0 hrs. That is real service and I have had no problems ever since. He loaded all the programs I needed and showed me a few tricks I actually did not know.
I have recommended GTTR already to two associates and they both were pleased with the service received.

Steve, the owner and IT guy for Geek to the Rescue was on time, professional; and only $ 75 for the hour! He knew what the problem was, fixed and only billed me for an hour even though he was here for an hour and 15 minutes. And he was was well below what other IT computer repair guys usually charge.
He hooked me up with a new anti virus and explained why the problem happened and how to prevent it in the future… hopefully my computer wont crash but will use Geek to the Rescue if it does.
