Fastfix iPhone Repair

I called to find out about getting my I-​phone charging port cleaned or replaced. I got two different quotes from them in two calls ten minutes apart. When I questioned the guy named Tito or Tivo, he said that their store in Burbank charges more, $ 40, for a cleaning instead of the $ 25 I was quoted at their N. Hollywood number. When I questioned it, he said it’s because it’s a different location. Where do these guys get this logic. Hey, you’re in Burbank, you can pay more! Not for the same service. They are the same named company.

We went in to fix my girfriend’s screen and it turned out there were a couple other issues with it. Fastfix took care of it while we waited and made the whole process painless. Thanks guys!

Great customer service, solid work, fast pick up. My phone completely shut off and wouldn’t turn on, but when I brought it in they were able to figure out the problem within 20 minutes and have it fixed that same day. I even came back the next week and Hunter helped me back up everything onto my new phone without an extra charge! They know what they are talking about, they care about your satisfaction, and they go above and beyond what they are required to do!

Bottom line. I’m down $ 85, my screen is still cracked, my phone doesn’t vibrate, the screen is loose and shakes around, my speaker phone doesn’t work and I made a total of 4 trips to this place wasting hours of time.
JUST TAKE YOUR PHONE TO AN APPLE STORE TO GET IT DONE RIGHT FOR A FEW BUCKS MORE AND A REAL WARRANTY
So I went into this place because they advertised something like $ 60 for an iphone 5s repair. One quick look and they said that they were also going to have to replace the LCD and that it was going to be $ 85 not $ 60. This was a pretty minor crack, I set my phone down on a hard service too quickly, no dropping of the phone. The guy swore that the screen looked yellow and that the LCD was no good. I really did not see any yellow at all but I bit the bullet and took his word for it. They try to talk you into paying cash also which felt kind of shady to me but they said they would knock off the tax if you pay cash so I did.
I picked up my phone when it was done and they were very friendly saying if there was any problem at all to just bring it back within 30 days. After going home and using my phone I instantly noticed that the phone did not black out any more and that the sensor did not work. I didn’t worry too much about it though since the guy sounded pretty genuine about bringing it back in if needed.
I work out of town, so the following week I brought my phone in for this problem. They were pretty nice about it so I left and came back a couple hours later and they literally hadn’t even touched it because they needed my password to check it out (probably something that should have been asked for up front). I gave it to them, and left and came back another couple hours later (3^rd trip to the store). They showed me that the sensor worked so I thanked them and left.
It didn’t take long to notice that now my vibrate button didn’t work and my speaker phone didn’t work (I could hear them but no one could hear me). I figured I would just go to work for the week and deal with it when I got home though. 2 days I pull the phone out of my pocket and the screen is shattered!!! I did not drop the phone, bang my side into anything, NOTHING!!!
When I got off work I went back in again (4^th time). The guy at the cash register basically just punted me to the owner. He called him on the phone and had me explain the situation to him over the phone. I got zero help. His answer was «It looks like you just got the short end of deal on this one.» This is a business that I agreed to have a service performed correctly for an agreed upon price. There should be no risk. The guy basically called me a liar and said that the glass doesn’t break on it’s own and denied any of the other issues being their fault even though that was the exact moment when they happened. All the while one of their techs was operating on my phone to try and fix the vibration. His answer was that something was pushing up against the vibration switch (they were the only people to open my phone up ever). It makes sense to me that the phone was not put together properly and was putting pressure on the vibration switch and glass causing the pressure to break the glass without any dropping incident but they just denied everything. The owner was even complaining to me on the phone that it cost him money to replace the first malfunctioning screen that would not black out. That is not my problem that the pieces he is buying are damaged. Unfortunately, I’m the one paying for it now though.
I got so screwed over going here. I will never take my phone to anywhere other than the manufacturer from now on. As time has gone by the glass on my phone has gotten looser and looser too. This job was not done correctly.

Shattered my screen and needed a new one fast. They answered all my questions about the replacement. I dropped it off and 20 minutes later I had a new working screen. I would definitely recommend them for iPhone repair!

um — lightning fast, friendly, new screen seemed OK at the time. price expensive at $ 85 for an old iPhone 5 screen replacement but I was desperate.
I would not go there again — the 30 warranty is useless, after about 45 days the screen cracked for no obvious reason (i.e.; I did’t drop it, not sure what happened) and at around 60 days yet another crack appears. screen feels flimsy compared to factory. I’m gonna hope my otter box case keeps the phone in one piece until I can upgrade cause definitely not worth spending another $ 85 on something that’s just gonna break easily again in just over a month or two.

I am a clumsy person and I periodically drop my phone… and now that I know Fastfix iPhone Repair, that doesn’t necessarily mean the end of the world. They cheerfully, reasonably and QUICKLY replaced my glass for me. The service never takes very long and the people who work here are so friendly that the time goes very quickly. Thank you, FASTFIX!

Broke my phone screen and called for a phone quote of $ 45 for iphone4.
Came in and left it for an hour but when checking out my phone there was a side corner that was discolored on my screen. I spoke with a friendly sales associate and said just to return in 30 mins and the phone would be repaired. She also sold me a phone cover at $ 10.00 which I really like.

Sweat can ruin your phone! My screen just happen to turn into a 16-​bit Nintendo. So I did some researched. Trying to find good customer service and price. I found this place through Unilocal and looked at their website. They were only 8 minutes away! Perfect! Mike tested my phone saying that it could be ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance of it will work. When he changed the screen. It looked brand new to me! Then he just threw a price at me saying 85 bucks and walked off to finish up my phone. 20 minutes later… He finished repairing the device. I told the cashier how come the price is high? She didn’t know. Grabbed the manager. I told him I found him on Unilocal and the Internet. Told him what I saw. He said his brother needs to update it. So I don’t get that price? Didn’t bargain… So he tried to give me a phone case. I declined. I told him just a screen protector. That cost $ 20
