Our office was founded periodontist Dr. David Levine. Dr. Levine has been practicing since 1990 and he has been featured in publications across the country.

Our Toluca Lake/Burbank periodontic and implantology practice is devoted to restoring your dental health using conservative, state-of-the-art periodontal procedures. Dr. Levine believes that periodontal health is the foundation to overall dental health. Dr. David Levine completed his dental training in 1986 at the USC School of Dentistry.
After practicing restorative dentistry for two years, he entered the Advanced Periodontology program at the USC School of Dentistry and received his Certificate in Periodontology from USC in 1990. Upon graduation, Dr. Levine was asked to become a full time faculty member at the dental school. From 1992 – 1998 he was Director of Undergraduate Periodontology at the USC School of Dentistry, and in 1996 he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.

Dr. David Levine completed his dental training in 1986 at the USC School of Dentistry. After practicing restorative dentistry for two years, he entered the Advanced Periodontology program at the USC School of Dentistry and received his Certificate in Periodontology from USC in 1990. Upon graduation, Dr. Levine was asked to become a full time faculty member at the dental school.
From 1992 – 1998 he was Director of Undergraduate Periodontology at the USC School of Dentistry. In 1996 he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Diplomate status is only awarded to those few periodontists who have made significant achievements beyond the mandatory educational requirements of their specialty. Dr. Levine is also a member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the dental honor society and OKU. OKU members are those that show excellence in scholarship, while demonstrating exemplary traits of character and potential qualities for future professional growth and attainments.
