It was definitely worth the wait. Brittany and Paisley were terrific. I have very high standards, and they did not disappoint.

I am going to have to politely disagree with Mr. P, I think this whole crew is a TOTAL CLASS ACT. I say this because I spoke with Aleks shortly after he posted to schedule a cleaning, and while there was a few day wait (which is normal if you’re looking for quality service in my opinion), it was certainly not one month. I can’t clean for myself due to disability. I’ve run the gamut of cleaning services from under the table to professional services and have either gotten ripped off or gotten inferior services for my money, so a friend referred me here. Since I need my place hospital standards clean, I requested the deep clean service. A couple of weeks ago Aleks sent her team to my home which literally has not been cleaned in months and had a hefty layer of trash, dust and cat hair.(I will enclose pics) We did the initial consult, but while I ran out to get coffee the team had already started when they realized that more time would be required to do the job up to their high standards. They didn’t feel they had sufficient time, But they also did not want to charge me up the wahzoo! Imagine that! Aleks was on the phone with me immediately and explained the situation. Initially she was going to come in herself to do the lengthy job, but I ardently refused as I knew from her team she was sick. She gave me a few options, suggested maybe I get someone in to come help me get the «hoarders» level (my words, not hers) of mess down to a workable level so her team could really come in and give it their best, giving ME the best bang for my buck. But to top it all off since her team had already started, she had them finish up their work in my bathroom and bedroom, COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE and they did a beautiful job. I am definitely having Aleks and her team back to finish up the beautiful deep clean. QUALITY SERVICE, CLASS ACT!

Next available appointment was a month away. Worth noting for people searching Unilocal to find a service. Don’t waste your time here…

I hadn’t used a cleaning service in a very long time and have had bad experience after bad experience, to the point where I was ready to give up. Clean Queens transformed my place into an apartment that I barely recognized, I don’t have words for what an amazing job they did. I have never used a cleaning service that paid such attention to detail that they did.

This review is strictly based on my conversation over the phone. After a slight bad experience over the phone, she contacted me again and apologized and explained herself. I thought that was very big and highly unlikely for a business owner, I can’t speak of her work but I can sense that she takes much pride in her work and she is a person of integrity.

I hired the Clean Queens to help me out at a party I was throwing at my home. I was expecting around 60 people and knew I was going to need the help. I know it was an unusual request when I called but Aleks felt like this was something she could do. Boy did they ever! They arrived early and got to work right away. They helped with food prep, they hung last minute decorations, and candles. Throughout the night they kept the house, bathroom and backyard clean by making the rounds regularly. They kept the food table clean and replenished anything running low. All of this work came with a great attitude and work ethic. I can really see the pride Aleks takes in her work. I already told her I want her for the next party we have. If I didn’t already have an excellent long term house keeper I would hire her in a second.

After researching all the deals on Goldstar and the top hits here, I kept looking and went to the 2^nd page on Unilocal and discovered the Clean Queens. I feel like I struck Gold! We needed more than just a dust and mop, and wanted someone who spoke English so we could communicate easily. Aleks and her crew made it their mission to tackle all those things we just hadn’t gotten to over the last few months of a kitchen remodel. Now our whole house feels fresh and clean, almost as new as our kitchen! The hard water spots have vanished in the shower, the oven is spotless, and everything from the ceiling fans to the baseboards are clean clean clean!
If you just want a swiffer, go buy one on Goldstar. But if you really want a team that takes care with your home, and takes pride in their work, call the Clean Queens. I’m so happy to be able to recommend Aleks and her team.

I can’t say enough about how happy I was with the service I received from Aleks & Britney. Aleks accommodated my tight schedule & managed to get my house spotless right before my granddaughter’s 1^st birthday party. They did such an amazing job with the deep cleaning. If only you Unilocalers knew how many cleaners (both private and via pro services) I’ve gone through… Seriously, it’s been like the same pace that Murphy Brown used to go through secretaries. (Yep… I was that kid who watched Murphy Brown and Thirtysomething when I was all of 10. What?)
Anyway, I can’t say enough nice things about Clean Queens L.A.‘s owner, Aleks, her sister Sofia, and their service. They’ve accommodated my schedule and periodic changes, listened to my requests, and consistently do a great job at my apartment. Are they the absolute cheapest in La-​La Land? No. But they’re very fairly priced for what they do. Their initial deep clean was phenomenal, and the upkeep has been consistently good — especially considering that I now don’t do ANYTHING cleaning-​wise between weekly visits (who has time when you work F/​T, are 8 mos preggo and have a toddler?) *and* I have a long-​haired black dog who sheds enough to manufacture sweaters out of.
Anyway, you should try them out. They’re a small business who is really working hard to do it RIGHT. :-)

Aleks helped me get my 2 bed /​2 bath Burbank condo cleaned up and ready to put on the market! She’ll be stuck with me using her for my house from now on as well! Thanks, and great work!

Clean Queens did a deep clean on our new house in Burbank before we moved in and cleared out an amazing amount of dust and buildup. They spent 8 hours making it sparkle for move in.
They took the time after to walk me through some of the trickier stuff that requires upkeep, and gave me some tips on caring for the hardwood floors. (I’ve never had those before.)
I will absolutely use them again, especially for deep cleaning right before an event.

Clean Queens LA did a wonderful job in cleaning my home, a tri-​level home with lots of stairs. Aleksandra and her team were very nice, hard-​working and professional. They are very detailed in their cleaning. Aleksandra and her team speaks English very well. Their price is very reasonable too. I have them coming regularly and I highly recommend them.

The Clean Queens LA did a fantastic job on our four bedroom home in Malibu. We were in the process of having two roommates move out and two new roommates move in and Aleks and her sister helped make this transition very easy. We were moving out of our 2 bed 2 bath house and needed some serious help cleaning the place — so we called Clean Queens! She got down and dirty and got all the grime up. She was professional and on top of her game. Our house really needed it, and she did an awesome job. Definitely would call in again for my next place!
