Chevron G & M Foodmart

Kind of a tight space. The gas truck was there and took up a bunch of space.

This station is at a convenient location, right on the corner of Alameda and San Fernando. It’s a smaller than the average-​sized gas stations and because of its design it’s sometimes an effort do maneuver in and out of the pumps.
The pumps seem a little slower than most stations, but they are relatively clean and definitely cleaner than the Chevron nearby on Glenoaks. The prices tend to be a little cheaper than the Glenoaks Chevron too! Today, (4÷9÷15), they it was six cents cheaper.
I really like this station because it’s right off of the freeway and it’s cheaper than the other stations in the area. I will be back!

Cops like to hide by the wall here, or the other side by the Mexican restaurant. But can you blame them? With so many luxury car driving non-​English speaking furry bastards who live in a one bedroom apartment with their entire large family, you gotta make them pay their taxes one way or another. God knows all that smuggling and lying on their 1040s isn’t going to happen.
So the world I described is the world that you are in, when you are at this gas station. The prices are usually OK and its usually not busy here (even though its a high traffic location).

Simple gas station, but close to evrrything you might need when out running errands. Across the street, you have Ralph’s Supermarket, CVS, Habit Hamburger joint, Starbucks Coffee, Nail Spa, Walgreens, Trader Joe’s, 2 Mexican food spots & 2 Bars. You can do everything in 2 hours and get drunk when your done lol…

This should be considered a 0 star review. The restroom is always inexplicably out of order. Standard answer in LA and within a 50 mile radius. I’d love to Unilocal 0 stars for all these a$$holes. Like I look like I’m gonna wipe poop on the walls. Go to the Chevron at Los Feliz and Vermont. Good price and they let you use the restroom. Come on people! Let’s take our gas station restrooms back! Be kind to the owners that relent. Don’t smear poop on the walls. And maybe we won’t have to keep empty Poweraide bottles in the car anymore. Oh yeah, the guy at this station is fully committed to a$$holery.

The prices here are almost always the same as the 76 down the street on Alameda, if not just a few cents more which is alright by me — call it the placebo effect but I like putting «techron» in my car… haha
The United Oil up on Glenoaks tends to be significantly cheaper (especially if you pay cash), but UO doesn’t take Amex like Chevron does and I’m big on those rewards points so again, I prefer this place (which is also cheaper than the other Chevron over on Glenoaks).
Plus, they offer nice windshield squeegees sitting in soapy cleaning liquid that are actually useful as opposed to many other places whose squeegees would probably do more harm than good.
Add in that it’s just a few blocks from my place… it’s become my go-​to gas station.
One downfall is that the last time my tires were low (ugh low profile tires will be the death of me), their air machine wasn’t working so I had to drive down the street to Shell. It worked fine the time before that, but I guess it broke. Hopefully they’ve fixed it by now.

I handed them $ 20 cash for gas. Started pumping and the pump stopped at $ 2.68. The attendant came running out and said three of my $ 1 bills weren’t «good» because a bored person had defaced George Washington by cutting holes in him. So now we started over at $ 17 max and I got an additional 69 cents worth of gas before the pump stopped. Headed back inside and was told that I’d received all the gas that I was owed. I’m no math genius, but I’m pretty darn sure that $ 2.69 + $.69 does not equal $ 17. I was essentially accused of being a liar and told derisively to «check my gas gauge.» After a good 5 – 10 minutes of back and forth, it finally dawned on the attendant that I was right. He was apologetic, but too little too late. An honest mistake is fine, but immediately accusing the customer of lying and being a jerk is not. I demanded a refund as the small satisfaction in doing that made it worth the extra few minutes to go to another station.
I live 5 minutes from this station and will never go back.

Very poor guest service. I was having an issue with the pump and when I asked the attendant she immediately accused me of trying to steal gas (?) She said I hadn’t swiped my card when in fact I had done it twice and even entered my pin. Good thing I don’t live in this area. I’ll never have to come back.

This Chevron is in a tight spot …
Not much to say about this place … They have a bathroom, water and air dispenser …
Only bad thing is gas isnt free …

I didnt need gas quite yet but stopped here cuz i was about to piss my pants and your damn bathrooms are out of order, WTF !!!
fix that shit !!
