History

Established in 2001.

Caspian Services was started in December of 2001 by Leonard Ghazarian, as a part-​time business.

In January 2005 — was incorporated and it’s first office was opened.

Over the next 8 years, the business has relocated to new offices as it kept growing.

In September of 2013 — it’s 2^nd office location was opened in the city of Burbank.

Meet the Business Owner

Leonard G.

Business Owner

Leonard has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management Information Systems from California State University, Northridge. With over 15 years experience in web design and Internet technologies, Leonard manages the team that will work on your project.

He also resides on the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce Board and is currently the President.

He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and their 2 boys. Enjoys playing golf on the weekends, and follows the SD Chargers and the LA Lakers closely.
