Through exercises in ON-CAMERA scene study, cold reading and character development, actors hone the skills necessary to tackle any audition. Brian Cutler’s direction and criticism guide and encourage the actor to peel back the layers of inhibition to produce honest, intense, authentic performances.

History

Established in 1994.

Brian studied and trained with Charles E. Conrad from 1970 to 1980. During that time period he was amazed by the simplicity and validity of Charles’ process. As Brian began doing more television and film work he became aware of the large number of students that were attaining great success. This success further validated Brian’s feeling that the process that Charles taught could have a powerful effect on an actor’s career. Because of this process Brian moved into the guest star category and with Charles E. Conrad’s blessings continues to carry on Charles teaching today. This training gets you out of your head and into the scene. You learn on both the conscious and the unconscious level, which allows you to use the power of your unconscious mind to improve your performance on stage and off.
