Don’t use this company!
The guy told me he was going to order a new part for our dishwasher and the process will take 3 business days.
3 weeks later we are still waiting…
We called them several time to check with them and left several messages.
They simply didn’t bother to call us back.
Most of the five stars review here are fake.
You’re warned.

I don’t think they can repair dryer’s… Artin screwed up my dryer I called them at least 10 times he would recognize my number he wouldn’t answer I feel bad writing this review but this guy really a frustrated me.
And for the record he never came back to remedy day issue and plus he was overpriced he said it’s an emergency call that’s what we charge a certain rate

Last weekend my refrigerator was not working and i didn’t find a service company i call this company and described my problem on the phone, thry explained what could be the prblem and make me schedule for sunday, next day they showed up and fix my refrigerator in less than 30 min and a reasonable price i though will be expensive because was Sunday i highly recommend this company thank you

Unbelievable. Two Saturdays in a row I have made appointments for a house call, based on good reviews and that they are close by. We arranged times, I made sure they had my phone and address… and two Saturdays in a row they did not show up, they didn’t call, and worst of all I have left several messages and no call back. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. HORRIBLE. I am a reasonable person. Maybe something came up… CALL ME BACK AND APOLOGIZE FOR MY INCONVENIENCE AND I MIGHT RESCHEDULE. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

You want to call Artin Electronics when your (fill in the appliance here) breaks. For me, it has been my refrigerator. I’ve been a customer 3 times now and have been consistently pleased with their work.
Recently, my refrigerator stopped working entirely. I have a Kenmore and got the run-​around with a ridiculous quote from Sears when I had trouble with it leaking a year ago– and to be clear, the quote from Sears was only what they would charge to come and take look at it, not to fix it.
That’s when I first tried Artin Electronics. They were reasonable, fast, and professional.
The 2^nd time my fridge just wasn’t getting very cold, and like a previous reviewer, Ken M., I was told by Razmic at Artin Electronics that the motor had jammed due to dust build-​up because it is an older fridge. He must have spent an hour vacuuming the filter and the components. He was honest and didn’t try to sell me a part I didn’t need. The charge? Just like Ken M, only $ 75!
So this time, when my fridge quit working entirely, I called Artin Electronics again and they were here within an hour. Razmic replaced the part, cleaned up the mess, the cost was a lot less than I had feared and my old fridge is running like new again.
I only write reviews when a company is either really good or really bad. Artin Electronics is really good. They’re reliable, honest and don’t charge you for what you don’t need.
My only regret is that I didn’t write this review sooner. Highly recommended!

Wasted our time. They were supposed to call us after they received our work order, but they never bothered. After waiting a couple days they said they would call back and let us know when they would send a technician out to us. Another couple days went by with no word from them. So we called for an update and were told we were too far away. They should of told us that from the beginning instead of making us wait around.

Artin Electronics is the #1 place to go if you have a broken T.V. or Appliance. I called the shop and explained my problem, as soon as I stated my problem the technician knew exactly what the problem was right off the top of his head! They know their stuff! He came out in an hour fixed my T. V and appliance in one trip! The price was very fair! They did a professional and fast job! I will use them for any repair! Thank you for your awesome service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I’m blown away! My front loading Kenmore clothers dryer knocked, wheezed and quit working this Saturday morning. Referred to Artin’s, I called them right away. Fully expecting to ge given a certain ‘window’ of time when they would show up next week, I was very pleasantly surprised to be told that they would be here in an hour. They were. The service charge for inspection is a reasonable $ 45 and the fellow set to his task. 45 minutes later he called me over for the verdict.
Now I digress. This is the moment in time where a shady outfit can spin any yarn they want to and reel in your dollars. A lifetime Auto Technician myself I have heard many times over all the horror stories of gouging, deceit and downright criminality in my industry and other services. I was fully expecting to be told that the motor had crashed and burned given the racket it had made pre meltdown. The fellow pointed to a mound of lint, dust and debris that he had removed from the bowels of the machine which had caught up in the motor and prevent it from turning. «All done» he happily proclaimed «good as new».
Now you can argue if kudos is desevred for the honesty which should be expected. Like many others when a device contractor arrives in my home I feel a queasiness in my stomach until I know what the problem is and how much it will cost. These guys put me at ease right away
Total cost $ 75. THE tip was substantial and well deserved. Excellent service. I recommend this company highly

Absolute assholes. Repaired our washer end of January and got it done and was great until now. The same problem occurred. We are covered by an extended warranty. I scheduled a few days ago with the insurance company and when I called the day of the appointment to check on the time of arrival the man on the phone who I could barely understand a word said they were not showing. He said they were not coming because the insurance company sent a ticket stating it was the same problem and under warranty, but his warranty is up and if it wasn’t up they don’t get paid. The warranty ended at 90 days. So instead of contacting the insurance company to point out the error or the customer they blew us off and was a total asshole about it. If he just followed up with one of us it would have been fixed and the asshole would have been paid. Now we have to wait till Monday to get a new company scheduled. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. He we are in a recession. you might want business. NEVER EVER WORK WITH THEM. Zero common sense. And absolutely horrendous customer service. Good luck getting business.

A couple of weeks back my Samsung TV starting showing lines going across the screen vertically. At first I was able to deal with it, but then it became worse and it really started to bug me. I’m new to the area, so I found this place on Unilocal,and I’m glad I did. They came out to my place and the guy knew what it was right away. Fair price and took care of it quickly. Highly recommend!

My washing machine was making some funky sounds and I decided to give these guys a call. The gentleman offered to come out and take a look at it for a great price. I agreed and he came by the very next day. Took care of the problem at a great price and in a short amount of time. Highly recommend these guys!

The guys I spoke to were nice, however, this IS NOT A COMPUTER REPAIR CENTER as the banner sign out front indicates. Actually, I should of scrolled through the reviews before I took my desktop PC there. The majority of the reviews are about T.V.s, washers and dryers. And that’s what you’ll see when you step inside… I dropped my PC off Friday at 5pm, gave the guy the $ 20 dollar fee for them to find out what the problem is and he said they’d call me Saturday morning. No call back, I called several times and they said they’d get back to me… and didn’t. Saturday at 5 I called and they said give them till Monday in the morning and the’ll call me with the diagnoses. Again, they didn’t. I called them at 2pm and they said, Oh we looked at and you need to re-​install the operating system (which will of course wipes out all my data). I know this as a fall back tactic when someone can’t figure out what the issue is so I said no thanks, picked up my pc, took it to Stans Tech Garage in West Hollywood. The guy there looked at it for about 3min, fixed it and didn’t charge me a dime as the fix was so easy. Maybe these guys are good with other electronics but not computers. Go to a place that specializes in computers.

They fixed my old lamp in a very timely manner! Very friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back :)

Had an appointment with this company today from 8am to 12pm and NO ONE has called me or shown up! I called them to see what was happening at 12pm and the lady said they were short staffed. Excuse me but this isn’t an excuse. CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH APPOINTMENTS AND LET THEM KNOW THE STATUS! I shouldn’t have to call you when we have confirmed my appointment 3 times prior this week! It’s called having GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Still waiting for someone to show up and give me a status update and it’s 3:30pm. Called the company again and the guy said he would call me right back with a status. Has he called? Nope! Speak of the devil! Just got a call back and John informed me that the technician never came out to do his jobs! Obviously! Wtf kind of crap is that?! He should be fired. How does the company not know anything about their technicians following through on scheduled appointments?! Anyways, my whole Saturday has been ruined waiting for a repair to be completed and now I have to WAIT AN HOUR for a replacement technician. Let’s see if he even shows up! Reporting them to Home Depot Repair Contract for shitty customer service and delayed service repair.

Fair price… I had a broken vintage tv and they fixed it and I bought another tv from them… in my opinion this is the best repair shop in Burbank.

My dryer stopped working, so I gave Artin a call. Razmic came to our house about an hour after, took care of the problem in about 20 minutes for a very reasonable charge. I will definitely be going to them for all future electronic and appliance repairs. Awesome service!

There is a major difference between good customer service, and being nice.
The staff is INCREDIBLY nice, but they show absolutely no care to paying customers.
I took a projector here to get fixed, and I wont lie, it is a rare, discontinued and tricky projector, so I wasn’t surprised that these people weren’t able to fix it.
I took it for a $ 15 evaluation of the projector, which basically is them taking it apart and finding the problem. They called me an hour after that, and insisted they fix it, because they already dissembled it.
What pissed me off the most, is that after I dropped off my projector, I didn’t hear from anyone for two weeks, until I called them myself.
When I called them myself, and asked for the updates on my projector, they told me they would call me back in an hour or so. I didn’t hear from them for another week.
I called again for updates a week later, and they didn’t know what projector I was talking about, so the guy took down my name, number, and projector info, and he would call me back. He didn’t.
I called a week after again, and the guy said he couldn’t fix my projector, and I could pick it up in two days. He said he would call me and remind me. He didn’t.
One more week passed, and I called them saying I would pick it up in the morning, and they said ok.
The morning after, I went to pick it up, and the guy forgot that I was coming to pick it up, so it was still not put together. So I told him I was going to wait here until he put it together.
Finally he put it together, I got my projector back, and I left…
But I will forever be oblivious to the fact of them actually trying to fix my projector, or if they didn’t take anything of value out of the motherboard and add their cheap crap into it.

Very professional. I had a good experience here, even though my TV didn’t get fixed. It wasn’t their fault, the TV was dead. They did what they could and explained exactly what was wrong. Yes, there was a $ 15 fee for their time, but to me, that seemed like a reasonable gamble, since I’m sure that if my TV had a simple problem (or was a bigger name brand model) they would have been able to fix it for sure. The main thing is, they are friendly and knowledgeable.

Razmic came to my house on time and was very professional. Price was perfect.
