All-Inclusive Community Health Center

Dr. Yunna has been my primary care for about two years, she’s amazingly supportive and handles every concern of mine as if they’re of the utmost importance.
The front desk secretary, Mary, is always on top of all of my appointments and referrals. I would highly recommend this place!

If you ever have to go to see a doctor this is the best place!
My doctor is the sweetest Doctor in the world, very knowledgeable and definitely knows what’s going on with her patient (unlike some other doctors in other places who have to google it to find out).
The staff (I hope they never change the staff because I think that’s another reason that you get the positive energy) is very kind and lovely. The friendliness of the front desk, (Mary is my other favorite person who takes care of my appointments) whether you’re at the office or on the phone, it takes a lot less time to get your answers or to make an appointments then any other places I’ve been so far.
I hope no one have to go to doctors, but if something happens me and my family know where to visit: definitely All Inclusive Medical Center!

Had a noon appointment for a one week old baby. Did not see a doctor or nurse for almost two hours. They blamed an emergency but did not make any announcement. Very low tech facility, no paper towels in the rest room, no privacy in the exam room.

Like them very much! They always help me with my troubles. I made my MyHealthLA insurance with them. They always answer phone calls fast and have a wide choice of specialists to recommend! They send my lab results by fax in seconds when I need them. My best recommendations!

My appointment from start to finish:
–I like the location! –Parking was okay (had to park on the street though as it was full) –Front desk girls did NOT greet us or acknowledge us for about 5 minutes. A simple smile or hello goes a long way ladies! –Paperwork was fairly fast and was called up to the examination room rather quickly! Great! –Was seen by a sweet woman named Lucy I think? (Blond, long curly hair). She was great!!! –Then we waited a bit to see the doctor. A little longer wait but still reasonable.- Dr was great! (D. Solarte). He never rushed us, he answered all my questions and was great with my daughter. He was beyond my expectation really and I’ve given him a separate review. –Then we waited for the vaccines. And waited. And waited. –I saw how the Dr told the nurses/​assistants that they were «ready for the next patient» then the women stopped chatting and moved again. A young couple with 2 boys walked in (we had been there about 2 hours) and were seen within 20 minutes. I know the boy got immunizations also (heard them say it and heard the kid screaming and crying then saw him showing people off his band-​aids). It seems they were called in because they knew the staff personally or something since they spoke in their language to each other like old time friends. They were out of the building within 45min. My daughter & I, however, were still waiting. That’s when I got pretty angry and kindly asked how much longer. I was told they were now prepping for us. –Again the Dr. told the women they were «ready for the next patient» after he saw my frustration and the fact we were still there. –They then called us in and after a few minutes, asked us to wait outside again because they weren’t ready. At this point I was pretty upset (2.5 hrs for immunizations and basic physical). –FINALLY, they called us back in and she got her shots. Again, Lucy? was great! My daughter hardly cried more than 20 seconds. –Then, we had to wait for the immunization record. And we waited and waited but finally we got it and ran out!

The patient care in this clinic is on another lever.
My whole family goes to All-​Inclusive clinic. We have our family doctor there, who is amazing and also my children’s pediatrician in the same office, this makes it very convenient. The customer care that we receive here is excellent. The front desk lady Mara is amazing, always helps us very gracefully and patiently. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

I could not find the Community Health Center in Eagle Rock, so I put my review here:
Wow!!! We are so, so lucky to have found this place! The staff at All Inclusive Community Health Center (Eagle Rock location) are just fantastic. Dr. Vladislav Melnichenko and Karine Stepanyan both saw my six year old Son. They were both genuinely caring, and kind, and answered my many questions honestly, and patiently. Karine Stepanyan, MA, is a one-​in-​a-​million caregiver, who I feel blessed to have taking care of my two young children. Thank you Karine! I have had many bad experiences with the medical «profession», and am always a bit on the defensive, but these people truly understand the elusive «human aspect» of caregiving. Dr. Vladislav Melnichenko and Karine Stepanyan have earned my Family as cliets for life!

Had an appointment at 2pm and I only waited 15 minutes to he seen. Everyone was really nice and friendly and the place is very clean. This is one of the better clinics I have gone to. Youre able to make an appointment as early as the next day, which is much faster than past places I have gone to.

Excellent staff and treatment. Would recommend if you have time or the opportunity to take the entire day off. Wait times are RIDICULOUS. I arrived at 10am for a 10:15 appointment and was not seen by a doctor until noon. Then I waited an additional 30 minutes to get blood work done. Didn’t get home till 1pm. Excellent service throughout but wait times are horrendous!

I have been going to this center for years, and they are the best all around! I have read many reviews claiming that they had to «wait» to see the doctor, and that the staff was rude. First of all, I am sure that somewhere in Neverland, Oz, and Mars there exists a doctor’s office where people don’t wait, but here it’s just a part of life. Second, I have been to this office about every 6 months for the past 3 years, and I always watch how people are treated, and how the staff interacts with people. That being said, they are as nice as I would expect them to be when being inundated with sick people who are miserable when they arrive, and just looking for relief.
I have seen all of the doctors at this facility, and been helped by all of the staff and nurses at one point. My opinion, which is based on my many experiences here, is that this is one of the best offices I have ever been to in the Los Angeles area. They are my doctor’s office, and they have earned this review, and my healthcare business.
All-​Inclusive is expanding soon! They are in the process of renovating the building next to them, and they will have more than double the space they have now. They deserve this new building, and all of their patients will benefit.
Here is my final word. This place can get busy and you may have to wait a little bit even if you make an appointment, but when the staff, nurses, and doctors are taking care of you, they are dedicated to your health, and will answer your questions, take the time to explain everything to you if you ask, and most importantly, they will be kind and respectful of you if you are kind and respectful to them.

I love this clinic, my parents are patients here and I cannot describe how the staff are so nice, from the front office ladies to the back office assistants and Dr. Linda. After changing doctors every month due to their lack of unprofessionalism from other offices I can finally say I found the perfect clinic for my parents. Yes, the wait is long but worth it. The front office ladies are awesome, they are super quick on their authorizations, refills, and extremely helpful. Back office assistant are super friendly too, always smiling at you and making you feel comfortable. Dr. Linda is so sweet too, she listens to all your concerns and you can truly tell she cares about helping her patients feel better. Dr. Linda is the best!

Excellent clinic! Doctors and staff are all great and friendly. The office is so clean and well-​kept along with the patient rooms. Best clinic you’ll ever go to!

If I could leave zero stars I would.
Let me start with the wait times. I was scheduled a 9:30am appointment and I arrived at 9:15am (as is protocol for doctor’s appointments). The nurse checked me in, tested my heart rate, etc, and then I had to wait for the doctor. My usual physician was not there so I was seeing a new doctor for a simple prescription refill. After making me wait for 50 minutes, he scurries in to tell me that he can’t help me and referred me to some other random clinic to pawn me off on. After explaining to him that I’ve been coming here for over 6 months and that it’s difficult for me to commute to the other clinic, he spews some line he doesn’t want to be liable for giving out medication in a rude, «sorry not sorry» tone.
At this point I had waited a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes just for this man to tell me to go somewhere else. I am offended and disgusted by how I was treated today and I would not recommend anyone to this clinic.

The doctors and nurses are good but the front staff aren’t very friendly at all and seem to not give a shit. They don’t explain things to you clearly at all… As they r supposed too. When I asked questions she was giving me attitude like as if I’m not supposed to ask. The doctor was telling me I had to ask the front office lady a couple things and she didn’t answer any of my questions and made it seem like she’s irritated about even being asked anything. Very bitchy.

This place is very professional. You can appointments very soon sometimes on the same day as you call. The doctors are very helpful and knowledgable. I have been coming here for a few years and have had no problems.

The staff is really helpful. It is a clean place. They give you an appointment based on your convenience.

Finding the best Clinic in LA was so hard and took years of stress… struggling to get good healthcare was looking impossible UNTIL I FOUND THIS CLINIC
The Staff is absolutely professional and amazing!!! Huge hands down to Mary she is the Best and Dr. Unna I just feel so safe and taken care of by her, she always leaves me with the Solid Impression that She truly cares about her patients. There is definite peace having such fantastic health care!!!

Clean, friendly, welcoming/​opening vibe, and informative.
Meri was the woman at the front desk who helped me with my questions. I am Deaf and it is very important to me for the employee to be patient with me, as I use my phone or pieces of paper to communicate back and forth. Meri embodied all the characteristics I listed above, including keeping her own work space clean. She answered my questions about getting coverage after turning 26.
